Speak quietly and carry a dog with yourself...(SRB/TR conflict)

About recent conflict between Serbia and Turkey both sides agreed to make up and lower the tensions.
You can see that if you read official articles from Serbia http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/zvanicno-objasnjenje-diplomatskog-incidenta-na-relaciji-srbija-turska-1883647/1/20#comments
and Turkey

But it seems that peace has been signed only on the surface, while both countries are using diplomatic efforts in order to press the other side so hardly as they are dealing with worst enemies.
Serbian president, cowboy_from_hell, published quite tolerate article where he calls Turks "an old allies" and appeals to Serbian citizens not to troll Turk press which caused some "unrests" in Serbia.
But behind the surface, Serbia is signing a peace with Bulgaria and plans to return occupied regions.
Details of signed treaty you can see here http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/-1-1883801/1/20
There is written that Turkey offered Bulgaria to attack Serbia, but Bulgaria denied proposal.
Still Bulgarians accepted proposal from Serbia to sign peace, gain occupied regions and in return Bulgaria will have no right to attack Serbia and Macedonia and it is expected that they "turn to east".
We can be sure that means that Bulgaria will go to a war with Turkey and that they plan to expand their teritory in order to gain economy bonuses.
In that article it is also mentioned that they plan to rent some regions in Moldavia, Ukraine, Russia.
In the end Serbia won this diplomatic war with Turkey and instead of using harsh words they use "carrot and stick" policy with Turkey.
When all taken into consideration, I doubt that Serbia and Turkey will be allies soon, or maybe ever again, but Turkey will hardly become an EDEN ally because of Bulgaria and Greece.
