Join the new world

The army should be divided into guerrila bands each officer head of his own group raging resistance wars all across Europe. This at first sounds like a bad idea but after a while we will gain the initiative. The enemy can only fight in so many places each day it can only defend so many territories. After a certain point they will start loosing territories and Europe may be free from enemy hands once again.

This war seems to have gone on forever we it will have to end eventually and we must end it with the initiative meaning that at the least France and Italy in western Europe must be freed. By overextending them we can do that.
