Presidential Endorsement
Cromstar
Greetings citizens of PA, CvP members, Federalist party members, and the rest of the eWorld to another exciting edition of The Watch Tower, your premiere source of news from someone who doesn't mind playing the jerk! Now on to the main event: my evaluation of Presidential candidates and an endorsement!
I know I'm not alone in this opinion, a few of my CvP colleagues agree with me on this endorsement, but I can't really speak for anyone buy myself. The candidates:
Scrabman/Moishe
The current president and his CvP VP pick are a strong pair, with the incumbency and largest party advantages! Scrab's done a good job as President, and would most likely continue to do so if reelected.
DesertFalcon/Emerick
DF is the current CvP president and this is his third run for the office. Unfortunately, DF is often uninvolved. He's never on the forums, hardly ever on IRC, responds slowly or not at all to PMs, etc. Frankly, he's phoned this whole campaign in this time.
John Jay/Joe DaSmoe
A military duo who made a non-partisan bid and managed to get a crucial endorsement and get into the running. They've got ideas and skills to pay the bills, though they've been outside of electoral politics for some time, as Joe made some, but not many, appearances to Congress during his tenure as Sam's VP until he resigned.
PrincessMedyPi/Tiacha
This strong, multi-party female ticket is obviously the hottest in the election. They've got experience, skills, respect, and good looks. Seems like almost nothing is missing from this ticket.
Nathan Woods/Ian John Locke IV
Nathan and Ian are the 'outsiders' in this race, but they are both known and respected, especially in the halls of Congress. They've got everything except maybe leadership experience. Still, strong.
As you can see, this time around, every one is a strong candidate. However the elections end, eAmerica wins, hands down. That being said, I (and some unnamed colleagues) had trouble picking an endorsement for this fine crop of candidates.
Eventually, I decided on John Jay.
This may shock CvP members (and others), but the truth is, I could not in good faith endorse DesertFalcon. Uncle Sam lost office due to his failure to communicate with Congress, and DF hasn't been around as Party President, so why would I expect him to change his habits as country President?
John Jay is an active member of the military, and understands a good bit about how it works. His experience would be useful in getting the military up and on its feet again after these unfortunate setbacks we've had the last few months.
Additionally, Joe is a good man. I liked him as Sam's VP, and hope that this time he'll take a more active role in Congress. With Joe, JJ will undoubtedly have all the experience he needs. JJ also promised to make Jewitt his tax-man, as Jewitt knows a lot about economics in the New World, and PANEC is set to expire on the 4th (the day before the election), so this position becomes important.
I hope that John Jay wins, and that anyone who reads this will vote for JJ to help carry eAmerica forward for the next month. And hey, just remember, John Jay wrote the most important SCOTUS case ever, Marbury v. Madison 😉
Vote John Jay in April!

Nice article 🙂
Welcome!
I can't really speak for anyone buy myself
I think it should be but.
Reading through, you have some very good points. I agree that with these epic candidates on the ballot, only winner here is America. I thank you kindly for your endorsement and hope to be able to help this country back on its feet.
VOTE JOHN JAY FOR A STRONGER AMERICA
Thanks Cromstar, Its unfortunate that DF gets to hit the candidate button for himself.....every month. A lot of you CVP guys know me well, and I ask you that you all vote for me John on Sunday.
Vote John Jay for a Stronger America!!!
Joe has a point. We DO have a primary system, but DessertFalcon would not likely listen to it.
@ Joe
Did you really expect me to drop out of the race just because a few members of the CVP council wanted to endorse you? The fact remains that although you will take votes from the CVP I do still have the majority of the support from within the party and I was elected party president by the party by large margins.
@ Rhane
We are debating on how to implement one for next month right now. We did not have one this time but I can assure you we will have some type of system next time around.
As a member of the CVP i wont be voting for Joe, DF has my vote.
Fine selection, Crom.
great article. vote john jay!!!!!!!!!!
