Open Letter

Day 2,702, 07:00 Published in Ireland Ireland by Artaxerxes Pavonis

Open letter to Party Presidents,

As I have suggested to the Irish Freedom Party, I also think that this should also apply to all political parties, I suggest in the future that when a candidate asks for support, we require a resume of sorts. Not a work resume, but a leadership resume. While a good work ethic is great and all, unless you know how and have experience with managing groups, you're not really CP material.

The Irish Taoiseach is a position of great responsibility and dedication. It requires immense micromanagement. Much more than my semi 2-clicking self. I myself have contemplated running, (who wouldn't after 6 years? 😉) However, I haven't really done too much in the way of leadership roles. The Dail get a say in government workings, but unless one is in the cabinet, they don't do too much else.

So please consider my suggestion. A resume. Not anyone can do the job willy-nilly. So please require some conditions before a candidate is selected. A few months as Party President, maybe one as Dail too. And quite possibly, at least 6+ months as Irish citizen.

Now on a personal note, I've known Don long before we was called Don Croata. MFCU was and is a very dedicated person the this community. He has invested years into it. Not many else have. And as such, I don't blame him for wanting some return on his investment. Now why some of you throw mud at him, I'll never know. He knows the workings of the economics. I'd have him as MoF for Life if it were up to me.

We've had many trolls over the years, but where are the now? Gone. Moved on to newer and uglier things, brown and stricken pastures, ect. You get my drift. So shut your traps, and stop bickering. Put your muddy hands in your pockets and keep them there. This is a game. Games are meant to be fun. Don't ruin it for the rest of us.
