Dear Australia:

The Government of this Glorious Nation has recovered some ORGs in order to improve the functioning of the Country Administration. From now on, eGov will use this newspaper to address the whole nation and rely important messages.

We have recovered some more ORGs too, and, in our opinion, there is not a better way to use them than to give them to the eAustralians, but, obviously we can't give them for free, because we need to protect the State's inventory, so we have decided to rent them out.
eAustralian citizens will have the priority and opportunity to rent an ORG for a symbolic price, just for a small monthly payment, but with a big fee.

In case of reaching an agreement, the lessee has to pay deposit and the rent as follows:

Monthly payment for eAustralians: 5k AUD
Deposit for eAustralians: 300k AUD

Monthly payment for non eAustralians: 15k CC
Deposit for non eAustralians: 1kk CC

In case of cancellation of the lease agreement, the Government will pay back the deposit to a lessee.

Regarding the concessions:

- We are keeping the deer concession.

- TW with Argentina was closed due to the high wastage we had to do against such a strong country, something that was increased with the event.
- We are opening two new TWs: Saudi Arabia and Cyprus.
