Congratulations to Vanek26
The NCP Presidential primary was a huge success and ended in a tie. Upon checking the votes via IP addresses/usernames/in-game messages I determined that two votes for Oblige needed to be invalidated. One came from Oblige himself (he's not an NCP member) and another came from an unidentified forum member whose forum nickname didn't correspond to a name either in eRepublik or at the eUSA Forums. An IP adddress search for this player turned up nothing at the eUSA Forums either.
I'm just covering my bases, it didn't matter as Oblige's self-vote being invalidated turned the election over to Vanek26.
The NCP is pleased to endorse Vanek26 for eUSA President in February 2012.

it's not really an open primary when a forum/server admin can verify votes. All I did was cross-reference the information in the MySQL DB with other sources (eRep, eUSA forums, in-game PMs). It's not that hard to verify things.
Due to Oblige's cheating ways, Publius confirmed for runner-up in NCP primary.
In other words, by logging into the eus forums, pig now has all your personal and valuable information in a MySQL DB.
