As the new Minister of Domestic Affairs I have been given the task of appointing the Minister of Home Affairs And Minister of Information and Education,


Ministry Of Home Affairs

Duties That Will Be Performed

The Duties for the Ministry of Home Affairs will be Delegated thus,


* Trying to bring more people onto the forums and advertising the game In UK based forums will be Done by Nice Guy Eddie.

- As the heart of the UK is on the forums it is vital that as many people as possible join. This not only help the whole community but also the individuals; most of what goes on in and around the UK happens on the forums.

* DaRuler will be focusing on wiki editing.

- The wiki is a vital and important tool used by the entire community, it being correct, up to date and comprehensive is essential for everyone.

* Mr.Woldy will be helping to run the National newspaper Association and writing newbie guides.

- The media is the frontline in providing information to the masses. Often much is overlooked, particuarly from abroad. The NNA brings attention to the most important peices of information for all to view. It is an excellent tool that is highly recommended.

* Nile Frater will also be Wiki editing as well as helping out with anything else that needs doing.

* Shyguy1001 will be making sure that all the above happens and publishing ministerial reports and a weekly citizen memo with guides,news and more.

- The ministerial reports are so that the people are more fully aware of what goes on in our government and what our cabinet ministers have been doing.


Ministry of Information and Education

The duties that will be performed

* Maintaining a "Speaker of the House" role within the House of Commons area: closing vote threads, posting passed policy and/or legislation into the "Government Policy" section for all the public to see.

- An important role that this term will performed by Scipio in conjunction with Chris J Adshead as an apprentice. It requires knowledge and understanding of the legislative process as well as the ability to keep track of various proposals and different stages through the process.

* Maintaining the flow of information between the Commons area and Erepublik itself, through the Congressional report.

- Again this will be done by Scipio and Chris. This is a record of what has gone through the House of Commons and the voting levels of the congressmen themselves.

* Maintain the British Academy for awards handed out per legislative procedure.

- This term, this will be headed up by Bob Boblo. The Academy rewards for service to the eUK in various fields. Not only does the award grant recognition but also a monetary reward.

* Responsible for the creation of a curriculum designed to educate the student on the history and politics of the United Kingdom, and on the game of Erepublik as a whole.

- A very important role that this term will be headed up by Silent_Hero (uMoIE for this term) with help from John Bartlett (apprentice). Largely this will involved maintaining and, more importantly, advertising the KIA Sneak Library.

* Set test for this curriculum through CORE and ACE.

- This term I have asked StanWephen and Kernzi to not only continue with these exmas but expand and heavily advertise them. Education is vital to our country and these exams create the framework around which greater knowledge, and so greater enjoyment, of this game can be had.
