Hoy es un dia aburrido.... a quien le importan las elecciones? Rompere la monotonia de este dia tan insipido:

Despues de casi dos semanas sin ningun articulo, estoy contento con el desarrollo de los acontecimientos llevado a cabo por mi equipo, llevando a cabo todas las misiones esperadas, aunque alguna mas lentamente que otras.
Report:

El asunto mas importante del que nos hemos ocupado es la ruptura de la MA. eEspaña trabajo mucho para conseguir que no se rompiese pero, finalmente y sin que pudiesemos hacer nada, el Charter fue violado por diversos paises. Debido a esta situacion, le ofreci a Congreso (la voz del pueblo) la oportunidad para dirigir la politica exterior del pais hacia las dos direcciones posibles: intentarlo de nuevo con la MA o diseñar una nueva alianza (en la que el ministerio ya llevaba tiempo trabajando en prevision de lo que pudiese pasar. Sin lugar a dudas, el Congrso voto casi por unanimidad por la segunda opcion.

Las ocupaciones del ministerio desde entonces se han repartido en tres:
-> Reestrablecer relaciones, recoger informacion y conseguir la involucracion de eEspaña en los circulos mundiales de poder. Cuando recibi este ministerio, la unica informacion de la que disponia era la que yo mismo habia conseguido recoger desde mi puesto de delegado del Congreso en la MA
-> Garantizar la seguridad nacional, en el corto y largo plazo. Diseño de una nueva alianza que consiga paz y estabilidad mundial.
-> Reestructurar la formacion interna, creando una red segura de delegados y enviados dependientes del ministerio

Estoy muy satisfecho de los resultados logrados, ya que hemos logrado alcanzar los tres objetivos. Aunque hubiesemos querido tener terminado el proyecto ATLANTIS (nombre definitivo), estamos tan cerca de poder presentarlo al Congreso que no nos importa tanto.

Respecto a la MA, despues de haber rechazado volver a formar parte (ver el articulo del boletin del ministerio de exteriores o el Congreso) nos han vuelto a ofrecer entrar en el nuevo diseño de la MA: la TA (Terrean Alliance, o similar). De nuevo, tuvimos que tristemente rechazar la propuesta.
Respecto a nuestra alianza, el nombre definitivo sera el de ATLANTIS. Ya esta en la puerta del horno, enfriandose para ser servida. Solamente hay un par de detalles tecnicos de redaccion que tenemos que solucionar para evitarnos futuras sorpresas. Mucho me temo que no todos los paises que contactamos estan dispuestos a entrar: Canada y Hungria han rechazado entrar, para quedarse en la TA. El resto de paises contactados (muchos para mencionarlos) han respondido positivamente.

[INSIGHT] Los puntos principales de ATLANTIS:
- Defender a un aliado, es defendernos a nosotros mismos. No hay nada mas importante que eso.
- El desarrollo global es nuestra meta, trabajaremos para lograrlo.
- Libertad de accion para que los congresos decidan actuar sin ser forzados y sin que luego se eche en cara.


Otras cosas:
- Elecciones nacionales. Despeus de haber leido todos los programas, todos me han parecido plausibles y bastante acordes con la politica actual. He hablado con los posibles nuevos presidentes para asegurarme de que el proyecto ATLANTIS continue. Me gustaria agradecerles su consideracion y capacidad para lograr un consenso entre todos, dejando los temas de seguridad nacional por encima del plano politico.
- Mexico. El ministerio ha estado trabajando en mexico desde el dia 15 de Julio. Contactamos con las personas adecuadas y, despues de barajar varias opciones, decidimos llevar adelante nuestro plan inicial. Un informe sobre mexico sera publicado en breves dias. De momento, Giles y su partido tienen una considerable ventaja respecto a Alfonso/Arde y su takeover.
- Irlanda. Ya hemos hablando con el presidente. Imanewbie me garantizo que ya tenian el problema controlado, y que agradecia nuestro interes en el tema. De momento Ima tiene ventaja sobre el GMT, pero en el congreso las diferencias se estrechan.
- Turquia. Permanecemos en contacto, aunque parece que tras estas elecciones el presidente huira. No sabemos lo que pasara tras las elecciones.

Today is a pretty boring day... who cares about elections anyway? I wanted to break the monotony, here we go:

After nearly two weeks since I published the last article, Im glad to say that things have move forward in every direction I asked my team to, altough in some issues, its been a very slow movement.
This is the end of term report:

The most important thing is the break-up of the MA. eSpain underwent a lot to make it go thorugh, but finally, the Charter was broken by several countries. Due to that, I offered the Congress (the voice of the people) the choice on wheter we should reform a new MA or try our own adventure (in which the MoFA had been working on). Without any hesitation, the Congress clearly voted for the second.

The Ministers main occupations since then were three:
-> Work on improving our relations with may countries around the world, gather information and worked to be heard. When I received this Minister, the only info I was given was the one I gathered on my own in my post as delegate of the Congress in the MA
-> Guarantee the eSpanish security in the near/long future. Design a new alliance responsible of world's secutiry and stability.
-> Stablish a reliable net of delegates and informants around the globe

Im totally convinced we managed to achieve those three points highly succesfully. Altough we would have liked to have the ATLANTIS project finished by now, its so close to signing the contract that we are not that bothered.

Concerning the MA, after having refused (check out the MoFA's bulletin) to re-try, we were again offerd to be part of the TA (Terrean Alliance, or something similar). We, again, gladly refused thanking them for the offer.
Concerning our alliance; the ATLANTIS treaty (final name) its at the brink of being published, only a couple of tecnical details to be solved. Sadly, we havent received a positive answer from a couple of friends-countries (such as a Canada and hungary) who finally decided to join the TA. All the other countries contacted have given a possitive response.

[INSIGHT] The main points of the Atlantis treaty are:
- Defending an ally, its defending ourselfs. There is nothing more important than that
- Global development its our goal, we should work on it
- Freedom for all countries to act as their Congress says (except in the first point) and not being criticized/blamed afterwards

Other Stuff:
- National elections. After having read all the programs, I found them all quite sensible and realistic. I have also talked with the possible new presidents to assure that the ATLANTIS project goes on. Id like to thank all the party leaders for their consideration and their "virtue of state", allowing national security matters to be above any political movement whatsoever.
- Mexico. The Ministry has been working there since the 15th of July. We contacted several people, asked about solutions and finally decided to move on. A report about the future of Mexico is to be expected in the following days. Right now, Giles has a wide advantage over Alfonso and ARDE's takeover.
- Ireland. Already talked with Imanewbie. The matter with the possible take-over is secured and no further problems are expected. As for now, Ima seems to have a considerable advantage, altough he GMT party is gaining nearly a third of the congress
- Turkey. We are still in contact with the main officials. Altough it seems that they will make a run for it after this elections, we dont know yet what will happen with turkey's money and economy.
