Making Fourth of July Plans

Day 2,039, 10:53 Published in USA USA by BritSeelowe

I was on leave in eMaryland enjoying the sweet scent of honeysuckle and reading my latest Gun & Garden magazine. The weather was lovely and I like to sail. I spent time floating on the Chesapeake Bay but discovered that eMaryland had been run over by ePoland when I returned! I truly thought someone was playing tricks on me, but it was true! ePoland had made themselves at home rather than simply stop by to get supplies as did several other countries with several other states!

Needless to say, I reported quickly and was sent to eTexas which had been taken by eThailand! EZC and others liberated eTexas (which was taken again a few days later, but that is another story.) Exhausted, I slept in my foxhole only to find myself quite alone upon waking.

Now, before I continue, I know of at least one person who views me something like this in eRepublik:

More truthfully, I'm just an eAmerican girl. I view myself as patriotic and bleeding red, white, and blue. Perhaps something more like this:

However idea of anyone touching any part of the eUSA simply does not compute with me. So before even arriving in eTexas, I think I became more like this:

Seriously, I wanted to kick-rump and take names. So after eTexas was liberated, and I woke alone in my foxhole, I meandered to eColorado where eMontenegro was turning the state into their own wonderland.

Being a typical eUSA girl, I had barely heard of eMontenegro before now. I suppose it is some kind of port to the Adriatic Sea for eSerbia. Perhaps when eSerbia loaded up their boats, eMontenegro decided to come along for the ride. Who knows.

So I end up in a resistance war in eColorado. I arrive to see eMontenegro tanks strolling through the streets, and there were no eUSA soldiers around! It seems they went to protect another state. So there I was. Watching tank after tank shoot on eUSA soil. So I shot back. LOTS!

Now, with all of the people they had in their tank stream, I thought I would be one beaten eAmerican girl, but the strangest thing happened. I tossed a bomb at them and there was no shooting for 20 minutes! I kept waiting and waiting, but nothing. So I read about butter beans in my magazine. Then the ticker-tank parade started again, so I hit them with another bomb. And again, another 20 minutes passed and NOTHING happened.

Then some eSerbian showed up and fired a single shot on behalf of the eUSA. I wanted help but not that kind. My reaction might have been a bit extreme.

Then...I won the battle....and got a BH!

I fought in the next battle too....and got another BH because no one was fighting. Alas, I could not win the second battle though. But I will keep trying to bring red, white and blue colors back by Independence Day.

CURRAHEE!
