Lower Taxes!?!?

Some people in the eU.S.A say that the Congress has not raised taxes enough to cover the slumping economy. They arugue that the need for money is too great to not rais taxes. They also say that congress is lazy to act on imporent issues such as the (as stated above) slumping economy.
"Most of the bills preposed by the congress are just donations to the congressinal buget office or the C.B.O"

Then still others say that taxes should be lowered to give the people more money to spend thus make the people more rich and lifting the burden on the newer players. These people also agree that the Congress has benn to slow to act on doing thing for the economy such as, they say lowering taxes. The congress has lowered taxes but only by 1-3% on the income or import tax they say the mim. wage should be raised to help out the new players who can barly afford the chepest Q1 food.

Some point to eSpain as a example of what a high min. wage can do. ESpain has benn know to be a great place to start off.
