In my precedent article I used *sustainable development* collocation.
Why sustainable? Development is not enough?
The answer is clearly NO. Just look at the picture below:
This is the example of a non sustainable development, with random grow peaks (usually due to some events like missions, wars, an so on). Unfortunately, this is eAustralia today!
For a healthy economy, for a long term development a good fiscal policy is not enough, but a bad one can kill. Free speaking, I will use John Steinbeck words: *when a brothel is not working, don*t move beds, just change the whores!*
My tax system proposal will be: no more than 3% work tax, 10% import tax (but changing on 5% during the missions, in this way avoiding mass migration for cheap weapons/food). Regarding minimum salary, I will launch a debate on it. Is this 1 rusty dollar minimum salary an invitation to tax evasion (due to food/weapons payments)? Could a bigger one a bad signal for investors? We have to talk about it!
Near a proper tax system, we need economical pro active steps: clever bonuses policy during our future Europe AS, followed by TW/renting regions and founding Australia Investments Bank! I will release a separate article about this, including my 100 gold donation for it!
FOREIGN POLICY
Actually, this is my favorite chapter!
Priority: securing borders, as a component of our sustainable development:
- Chile NAP is a major achievement for Kattrrina gov, and for eAustralia too; Chile is a great, respectable nation, and I intend to do all is possible to keep and improve good relations.
- Peru is a delicate issue. Due to my personal links i will normalize mutual relations and recover some debts (probably J Seemore will explain me more about those amounts).
- South Africa and New Zealand, possible partners for TWs and other mutual exercises.
- excepting hostile ASs, we have one unsecured border: the north one. I am sure you will understand why I prefer not to talk here about my defensive assets regarding Indo.
- MPP stack: be sure that humiliating situations like *I sent a message to xxxxx CP asking for MPP, but he did not answer* will never happen again with a MoFA like FreeGigi. Soon after our AS will land, all Nebula and Asteria countries will have a MPP with Australia.
- Nebula Issue: give me 2 weeks to reform Nebula. If I would not be able to make it really work, I will take in consideration other options.
One more mention about Foreign Affairs:
In this crazy e-world, every information will become public, sooner or later. Shit things like oppressing small e-countries, bullying small e-communities, selling/renting Dictator positions or hostile country TO will transform any, but any person in a non-frequentable one. Remember this!

Do you have any information regarding activity and population + any plans or policies also. I've only read financial and foreign standings, nothing about eAustralia's activity or plans to boost it. Will your term be solely focused on financial and foreign affairs?

Some interesting points, would like to see you expand upon your FA policy to more than just bullet points. I am interested in seeing some of your promises coming into fruition; because if they are true, they will help the country immeasurably.
A tip, perhaps not call one of our better players a 'genocidal dictator'. Also calling someone an 'extremist' for a critique on your policy only makes you so.

Also not sure what papers you have been looking at but those bullet points seem to have more detail in them than other policy papers I have seen over time

So are we increasing our MPP stack with out consultation of congress? I am getting confused at statements promising things that need congressional approval.
According to Peru - My position will be similar to JT and Rusty's. It is not about money - it is about mutual respect. Since we gave one region with fruits to Chile we can't provide the second one to Peru. We don't use our sand bonus which could be attractive to Peru, but restoring the trust to our neighbors will be difficult task and a little bit challenging.
While working on Peruvian issues please don't forget that Indonesia keep neutral position to us. Sometimes we have our fights but we can't treat them as constant enemy - Kattrrina's term shown that any provocations can be avoided with conversations between responsible people from both sides.
I agree completely with you J Seemore. I don't want war with Indo, I prefer to keep the friendship with them and have the occasional TW once the recent past is forgotten. I still keep in contact with Indo players to ensure that the feeling is one of mutual respect and not of hostility.
In regards to Peru, that is going to be harder (mainly for me as I know a few players there still want my blood), but they have been an allied nation for a long time, even if we have had our rough patches. I do want to see the friendship rebuilt to some more acceptable standard.
