Dear citizens of eIreland,
This article is about a proposal I will be making as an elected congress member of eIreland, May - June term.
Law Proposal
Reduction of 'Import Taxes' on Moving Tickets from 50% to 1%
Reason
Due to the fact we now have residences, many citizens are moving regions more and more. Between people who might move to fight in the RW's/DW's, move for WaM in holding companies or moving to go back to their region of residence.
We already have a low VAT for moving tickets, but with this proposal it will allow a greater market for the tickets so our citizens can use them.
Projected Benefits
Cheaper moving tickets to be used by our citizens.
Possible greater market for ticket sales.
Projected Disadvantages
Slight decrease in tax income from the sale of Imported moving tickets (I doubt the tax decrease will even be that much)
Side Note
As MoF, I track each tax stream as it is. After a trial period, lets say 2 weeks, any tax effects can be seen (to the best of our abilities) and further discussion can happen if requested or changes back to normal.

With our income due to import tax, I think that the possibility to have cheaper tickets in our market it´s better than that miserable cc amount.
