The Q10 (Ten Quick Questions) – “Hail to the Chief!” Edition

10 Quick Questions with the new President of the United States, Harrison Richardson:

Q1: How did you spend your 4th of July holiday, Mr. President?
A: I spent my fourth doing normal things. I got on to write an article, but I spent the day with my family and my sister, who was celebrating her birthday.

Q2: What do you see as the biggest challenge facing the eUSA is today?
A: It's tough to accurately assess that right now. Ask me again in 5 days and I'll have a clearer answer.

Q3: Who do you credit with having the single greatest influence on your political career and why?
A: This is a toss up between 3 people, I think. Proggypop, then-USWP President, gave me my first shot as USWP Communications Director. I owe him a great debt for having faith in me. It was, to be honest, my first real chance to shine. I owe Scrabman a debt for having even more faith to put me, a relative newcomer, in the Deputy Secretary (and later Secretary) of State position. He has been my closest adviser, a dear friend, and an out-of-game colleague. He has been a mentor in the game as well as real life and taught me so much. Finally, and certainly not least, Inwegen. Inwegen was my boss as Secretary of State, but he was more than that. He is my Campaign Manager, my Chief of Staff, and probably my closest political advisor. I don't know where I'd be without him. A shout out to Ananias, as well, for supporting me in every step.

Q4: Just for fun, what is your favorite breakfast cereal?
A: Lucky Charms, I'd say. Nothing like sugary sweet marshmallows in your cereal.

Q5: What do you think will be the most important position to fill in your cabinet and why?
A: Chief of Staff, without a doubt. I don't know about other administrations, but to be sure, in my administration the Chief of Staff will be the second most powerful man in Washington. No disrespect to One Eye, who will be a great Vice President, but I feature a large cabinet, so an experienced Chief of Staff is essential for White House cohesiveness.

Q6: Quick word association... PEACE… Emerick… scrabman…
A: TROLLS… great… greater…

Q7: As one of the major architects of the new alliance that the eUSA is in, can you explain what FORTIS is and why it’s good for eAmerica?
A: I'm going to be releasing a Fortis (note the non acronym... it means strong/brave in Latin) press release (or my Secretary of State will) soon. Much can be seen about it already. If you want in depth details or have questions, ask your local Senator.

Q8: A new Q5 hospital was recently placed in the state of Kansas. Can you explain the logic behind the selection of the Sunflower State for this privilege?
A: It's the center most region of the United States. It presents a high grain region, which would be nice to keep.

Q9: What would you tell readers who are not in any political party (or those unsatisfied with their current party), why they should join your party, the USWP?
A: I wouldn't tell them to join the USWP. I'd tell them to join the party that they think best fits their ideals. If that happens to be the USWP, we'd be happy to have you. We are, in my opinion, the world's best and most organized party.

Q10: And finally, which recent celebrity death do you consider the saddest for you personally and why? (Michael Jackson, Ed McMahon, Farrah Fawcett, Billy Mays, Karl Malden or Steve McNair)
A: Steve McNair. It always saddens me to see that happen. As far as I can tell, his death was the most vicious and vindictive, as well. I wish all of those families well and offer my prayers.

Bonus Question: Favorite wall? Hadrian’s Wall, the Wailing Wall, the Great Wall or the Berlin Wall?
A: Berlin. Pre-Gorbachev tearing down, of course.

Thank you for your time and congratulations, Mr. President.
