Freedom Calls...my run for the SFP Party President this term.

This is the first article I have wrote in a long time...however I think it is an important time for the SFP, and the nation. So I will outline my run for the SFP Party President seat. I am going to forgo typical graphics and try to get right to the point(s).

My goals for this month are to be as active and involved as needed to get the SFP standing strong, in a positive way, in solidarity as a Top-5 party in the eUS. We are a democratic party and look for involvement from everyone who wants to get involved as long as they follow our long standing constitution and involve themselves in a positive manner. I have been the longest continuous member in the SFP and I would like to get back to working together as a whole for the goals we want as a democratic majority.

I am also looking to improve on the vetting of our Congressional candidates. No party can be perfect, but we can do better...as a whole. We can not have people who do not abide by the rules of the eUS government especially when it pertains to IES, our immigration service. I would also like to see a return and involvement in the eUS Forum. Of course this is a personal choice and I strongly believe in self choice. However for our congressmen and women, they have to be involved in our government for many reasons, some obvious like voting on laws...but also if in protest if something is being done that needs to be addressed.

The SFP has also been looking at changes to our constitution, this is currently under debate. I am not sure if we need an entire rewrite, but I definitely do see a reason for some changes and I will make it one of my goals that anything that needs to be updated or changed will be. I would like to expand on our current programs such as those of supplies for example. This is a simple way to get more people involved in a positive way.

Some people comment that the party is in a bit of a "disarray". It is hard to argue that, which is the main reason why I am running for Party President. I see the need for changes to be made and I feel we are at somewhat of crossroads situation. I want the party to come out of this stronger, and better then before. The SFP has been through tough situations in the past and we have not only persisted but flourished. A lot of the newer members do not know of that history, or at least have not felt going through a situation like that in this game. I believe through respect, integrity, and most of all honesty we can all come through this rough period together and mold this into a better party then ever before.

Lastly, we are under a threat of PTO (Political take-over) this month from chickensguys. Many of you are aware of his past and his many lies, betrayals, being banned and blacklisted by the eUS government and just flat out dishonesty. He has stated he will not follow the SFP constitution and that he will place people in Congress based on his own criteria. To me, that is not acceptable and those two things alone easily classify this as a PTO and a threat to the eUS itself. Not to mention his sending money to people then asking for their vote as well as other unacceptable behavior. To me that places it as not just a party issue, but a national issue.

So, in short, I ask for your vote for SFP Party President! To vote for TheNorm .. I intend to not only get this party solidly floating again, but to get it sailing full steam ahead in a direction that stands for a positive set of values and most of all...Freedom!
