Does anyone have any ideas for a gov program that you feel would help the average player?

Help average player to reach 7k - 10k prestige points on weekly challenge.
Average player definition.
Player who usually reach 4k - 7k prestige points on weekly challenges.
Situation.
Daily challenge could bring ~3k prestige points weekly.
Needs.
2-3 weapon factory (any level)
2-3 food factory (any level)
3 weapon raw material plant (any level)
3 food raw material plant (any level)
3 house factory (any level)
1 house raw material plant (any level)
1 aircraft weapon raw material plant (any level)
5 workforce (2-3 employees) /day
Q1-Q6 weapons to build rockets.

The project sounds good, if everyone reach 7k pp it would be great. But there are some mistakes in the daily challenge you calculated : average players cannot complete all of them.
First of all, a free young player (less than 6 months - a year in game) can't afford to pay 4230+ cc per employe work. I'm a long term player and I still pay just 2 workers that almost never work overtime, and I think I barely could hire 4 workers.
And your hypotesis of 2-3 workers is not enough to complete the daily challenge: the house will still miss workers (it requires 20 works to complete an house), so you should at max gain the raws + air ones, just when you have 3 work force. But I repeat, average players can't afford 3 employes, at the moment. You must forget at least three of those rewards and hope at max in one.

Yes, financial help needs..... it is an unprofitable way.... my deficit is around -5000 cc daily...profit comes in number of energy bars.

Another important stuff I noticed at the first days after the daily challenge was introduced : we earn one small bomb every week, but we should use one bomb every day.
I still see people bitch against the small bombs in the power spin, but it's from the previous one I repeat: be happy to win bombs and don't waste them! Before or later, everyone of us will lack them and we will miss the objective of the daily challenge.
So I noticed you are smart and proposed to build the rocket factory. What I did also. But is it really convenient? There are really a bunch of weapons to waste just to build a rocket. And it means a lot or energy wasted just to WAM and a lot of factories to build and upgrade: 6 weapon factories and at least 10 rubber plantations. think the awerage people will have to chose: build a rocket every day or fight? Do both the things will be hard!
I made maths for WAM: 10 in rubber plantations + 6 / 2 in factories for a Q1 rocket (I calculated half factories cause 10 weapons are enough to build the lowest rocket).
It means 13 ff lost every day, the reward using rocket is 30 prestige points. Fighting would be 13 only.
So it's more convenient to build a Q1 rocket every day than fight (of course if you have all the factories required).
