Democracy at Risk
Nogin the nog
Fellow Citizens of Ireland
your CP is trying to make you believe that Ireland is on the verge of a MTO, this is not true, the only person looking to TO Ireland is in fact himself and his "Friends".
What in fact is going on is an effort to restore the democratic process back in Ireland after it was illegally discarded and one of his "friends" funded a coup to remove me as Dictator illegally and against Ireland's Constitution
For those not fully aware of the facts this is a summary of how we are where we are at today.
Sluagh won the CP election in April, however his pre-election promise of ruling the country solely as Military Dictator was flawed, it was a promise and ambition that he was never going to be able to achieve by only winning the CP election.
To be Dictator he needed to either win the Dictator elections or start a coup and take it by force (not very democratic), certainly not by winning only the CP elections.
As a result of him being elected CP his first action was Congress and the Constitution were dissolved/torn up by him, these are actions that are illegal and contrary to the law of the land in force at the time.
He expected me to hand over Dictatorship to him unopposed, I refused and as the country's elected defensive Dictator I placed the country's assets out-with his grasp until such times as congress and the constitution are restored fully.
As Dictator It was my job to uphold the constitution and will make whatever decisions are necessary to restore the country and its assets back to a Cp with congress and the constitution restored fully (all cash is safe).
If this involves asking friends of mine to assist Ireland restore its democratically elected Dictator so be it, I've been upfront with him and offered him various options to avoid military conflict without success, I'm quite sure Sluagh and his "friends" will be assisting him also in the coming days.
I apologise for the disruption this may cause you all, but Ireland's freedom, democracy & right to a congress is paramount as laid down in its constitution and for me to walk away and leave the country in his sole hands would be neglectful of me and a betrayal of the trust put in me when i was elected your defensive dictator.
I ask you all in the coming days when sluagh starts his attempt to be the military dictator to fight on the side of right and oppose him and his attempts to return Ireland to the Dark Ages, when he and he alone will decide what you want and need.

Well said Nogin
The democracy you are trying to preserve is the reason the spirit of the eIrish people was broken in the first place.
As Sweet Drinker sai😛 "It's against the ineffective constitution to oppose the ineffective constitution". The system you are trying to defend is a broken system at it's core, and it had to be replaced for eIreland to ever have a chance to move forward in a decent amount of time.
You speak of some spooky 'dark ages'... Have you seen the misery the last party left in it's wake? I would take a useful dictator over something like that any day, and Sluagh has proven that he is more than competent to fulfill that position.
You decided to seize all the government assets, and hold the eIrish people hostage until the elected administration didn't meet your demands. It was a move that you tried to justify by saying you are safeguarding the money until the proper democracy is reinstated, at which point I asked you if you would be willing to give the money back over a period of several months if the government proved to you that it was working solely for the betterment of the eIrish people.
You said no.
Your ideals are more important to you than the well being of the citizens and the improvement of the nation. That is the road that leads to ruin and stagnation. That is the road that lets us have a dictator that can say one thing one day and then the opposite the other. That is the road that has us have a dictator that can openly wish for people to leave the country when we are already losing people.
Your road leads us to ruin, and is poisonous for the well being of the nation as a whole.
You are not fit to lead this country.
Its not my job to lead the country its mine to defend it against people who have no respect for democracy/constitution/rules
You seem to forget the fact i released 30k in the past few days to sluagh/treasury for Ireland to sign MPP's, despite my reservations on his impending actions - so saying i didn't care about Ireland is total rubbish.
Hmmm.......
Dictator election was for a BUTTON Pusher!
Yes a "Defensive Dictator", to push buttons and defend the constitution/rights of Ireland's people Defensive Dictator, It wasn't my place to roll over just because the CP wanted the position, he was elected CP i was elected dictator, simple as that.
I
Oh, now it's a button pusher AND a defensive dictator? It's like every few weeks you give yourself one more duty.
I'm pretty sure if Sluagh had simply acted as CP, setting policy, appointing a Cabinet and guiding the conversation, not dissolving Congress and deposing the rightfully elected Dictator of eIreland, then most all of his policies would be in place, enforced by the Button Pusher. The only policy that was fervently opposed was that of "Crown me Dictator, I needs it," so already pro-Irish interests have lost tons of resources and time because one guy wants to be Dictator and doesn't want to go through agreed-upon processes to achieve it.
Not everyone may agree with political gameplay being the ideal and some doubt that it is particularly beneficial, but here in our particular eSociety we had a social contract in the form of the Constitution. It was a terribly flawed document, but it was the rulebook everyone had access to and could work within, even to amend it out of existence if needed. The idea that a single plurality vote suddenly abrogates all other agreements and rights is patently ridiculous
The division between the people on this matter comes from this:
You either want results, or you want everyone to have a say in how you get there.
Too many people are tired of this broken concept of democracy that held us back for so long. The system was broken.
So what attempts did this minority try in regards to amending the Constitution in those 4 months? This is not a black and white issue, I agree with you that more could have been done by the past Administration, but that doesn't mean that there isn't a way to adjust the system to encourage results and democracy. Here's an example:
-Congress may vote on and discuss more than one issue at a time. (This simply requires an organized CC Staff, which we had if you consider we already run Google Docs that assist in and permit this sort of thing.)
Perhaps the biggest way that our democratic system was broken for so long is that both sides let their rhetoric amp up without any significant progress towards improving the system. Both agreed that the Constitution was a flawed document, so why didn't anyone change it? The past Administration had a committee that failed to change it in 4 months, so what? What was the progress of the opposition's committee to changing it before discarding it?
Digging the hole deeper for yourself Nogin. Always thought you had more brains than this. You're allowing emotions, pride, ego and your own stubbornness to destroy yourself and Ireland.
[removed]
You were elected and deposed.
So in fact you are a private citizen withholding the Treasury from the elected government.
Lets be honest.
remind everyone how a foreign citizen funded the revolution that deposed her...
How is that relevant to my point? Does it make it any less true?
i was still dictator when i moved it, thats why you can't force erep to return it.
didnt i tell you to keep it and spend it. typical has some money now wants to flaunt it in front of the poor.
voted of course. No use in arguing the truth. I've tried against these cheating lying scumbags now for years and it's never about what's right, democratic, or fair. It's about what they want. An Ireland in their image, or as proven by their actions in Mexico, no Ireland at all.
What does WHS and Nogin have to do with Mexico. Read my outline below you are lil formed
How many times do I need to bring up the fact you said the Constitution wasn't in effect during the Dictator election and now you say it is?
Lets break this down: Long before Sluagh came up with his concept of a dictator run country under a new military leadership. We made several articles outlining this new system. Government was very abusive about this concept. They several times challenged me to implement it. I totally informed them well before the elections of the idea. Sluagh continued to inform them of the idea and made it quite clear that this would be the outcome of him winning the elections . They put up a cp candidate to oppose the idea. Therefore if they won the idea would have been placed on the back burner.
However as Sluagh won the majority of people who was well informed of the idea in about 12 articles beforehand chose to SUPPORT the idea not the person.
What was implemented was a well vetted political concept and idea or ideology. A military junta.
Please respect the wishes of the people Any attempt to retake the dictator will be seen as an act of war against Ireland.
says the guy that leaked to Lithuanian...a traitor...the Vichy of Ireland
took a leak in Lithuania . yeah well i assume it was after holding for a couple of hours.
Along with other promises, and it has already been shown that some voters did not know they were supporting this idea. Chalk this up to whatever you like, but promising to make someone pay for a fence may get some votes, but not everyone supporting a candidate thinks it will actually happen.
Also, it was a plurality of people who even voted for that platform, not a majority and thus not the will of the people until a Constitutionally run referendum.
Besides, I am wondering, how did a Cleric get to be so intertwined with Orcs? I miss Kurgan often.
i invented the word not viktor kurgan. its anyone i decide to term an orc. you orc.
Well, I needed to be called one once, that's fair, I was once a member of the ICA. But should I find the number of times you yourself have called Conway, Don, Sweet, and ibhoy Orcs, it is quite numerous.
For the newbies, what does it mean to be an 'orc'?
Well, they can get reported for calling us n***gers, so they use a different word in the exact same context.
Indeed. I was just wondering about the change in position, not an endorsement of the term nor denying that a person can change positions. I just must have missed a step, 🙂.
there is no change of position if i stand 100 meters from the sea the sea will come closer to me depending on whether its high, low , ebb or spring tide. I didnt change my position government did. nogin/whs adopted the principles of the orcs in that they refused supplies to their main tax contributor and adopted the same stance that only one army is the official army and maybe supported. at that time the clerics had won 26 first places 3 second places in damage and 21 + 8 second places in opponents defeated. we were a partially sponsored mu and i requested help to help me with the actual supplying of my troops. i never changed they did.
my total contribution at that time was close to 30000 a week. i requested merely somewhere in the region of 60000 a 10th of the entire treasury.
i opened it up for discussion they refused to discuss it with me and then started harping back on old policies.
nogin threatened to impeach elite if he brought in more people in the department of treasury(more comprehensive representation) she refused public reports(transparency). the same people got elected over and over (cronyism).
i dont think irish people has the emotional depth or the capacity for critical thinking to ever abandon the same old mistakes they mae in every government.
thing is it gets tiring to like children show them what is right and what is wrong. my coalition with nogin and he ilp was my final attempt at changing politics from within i have abandoned politics.
therefore my stance will never change i will just stop doing something about it.
ilp government didnt support a inclusive policy towards all irish armies(despite massive facts that suggest state armies is outdated concept), they didnt belief in involving more people, they didtn belief in transparency and they started using political maneuvering to suppress proposals.and proper discussion of key issues. they kept electing the same people in cabinet. therefore they were orcs version 3.9 in my book ronisu.
politics will never work in ireland. a politician cant just have his own interest at heart.
besides vik got bored with the game and basically attacking the same boogieman just in different form each time.
the ilp also betrayed viktor and publicly denounced him as a pedo bear a fact we still hold as the ultimate betrayal. no viktor would have enjoyed this considerably.
Well then we are on the same page. Look through my history, check out my own policies. I believe CPs are best with large representative cabinets. I made changes to provide a broader supply scheme. I pushed for transparency in government. You state these things as if I am in the ILP, but I am not. I am a proud member of the IFP and hope to continue to press for the principles above.
These principles are not the principles of Sluagh, where we can't tell who is even in what position of the government, much less are most groups involved or able to see in. Also, they kept the old supply scheme.
I am sorry to hear about Viktor. We butt heads on a couple of issues (like me keeping Sweet on as MoF), but he always added a needed perspective and we continued to talk via PM when I moved to 2-clicker status.
Nogin always with the us vs them mentality. Where's Nith when you need him?
