Dear Admins, the shield is bugged!

quick edit: I've got an info that admins already know about the case and they're investigating it. I hope they will find the bug and fix it 😛
Dear Admins,

Due to the fact that you are ignoring tickets from our Country President - Mister Margooni and me (BVW-409787), Mixliarder (MoFA), I would like to show you (in public), that you are W R O N G (you replied, that you have found nothing wrong in working our shields).

So, now... seriously? The shield does not protect us, it's somewhere out of the screen and doesn't even count in ANY battle for some time now. We have checked that at least 20 times.

It's not only problem of visibility for Web Browers, because it's a common bug here, not only mine and Margooni's.

PLEASE FIX IT ASAP, BECAUSE WE ARE LOSING BECAUSE OF BUGS! T_T

PS. The same thing, afaik, happens to Latvia.
