I. SITUATION REPORT –
With the national minimum wage raised to 20.00 HRK, 50% income tax almost across the board, 75% import taxes on all raw materials and 30% VAT, Croatia still suffers economically from their Serbian/PEACE Controlled congress. Many of Croatia’s MPP’s are being allowed to lapse and all attempts to renew them, including by the US, are being intentionally rebuffed. In addition, the Serbian/PEACE controlled congress is continuing to issue HRK (200,000 in the past week alone) and drain the Croatian National Treasury at a very fast pace. Nearly 100,000 HRK from the Croatian Treasury has already been transferred to Serbian and Hungarian banks, with 150,000 HRK currently at vote (for donation to Serbia) and more likely to occur until Croatia can regain control of its Congress.

The Croatians are fighting back as well as they can with a thriving black market and many employees being paid “under the table” to avoid paying the severe income taxes. Fortunately, the situation did not degrade even further this Election Day because of a successful Croatian Presidential bid by andycro (see below).

II. PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION –
Andycro of the Hrvatski Liberalni Demokrati party won the Croatian Presidential election with 1,773 total votes (91.3😵. The PEACE backed challenger, BattalGazi (a native of Turkey) received only 169 votes (8.7😵 and is currently in Hungary. In the end, the surge of voters from PEACE nations that Croatia expected to challenge andycro never materialized.

III. CROATIAN MINISTRIES –
A list of the new Croatian Ministers:
Max_Payne – Minister of Foreign Affairs
mrgood – Minister of Defense
Klynn – Minister of Education
bbb_kambelovac – Minister of Work & Health
This list is not comprehensive, but what has been announced at this point. No Vice-President or Prime Minister has been selected at this time.

IV. EDEN –
Croatia is a charter member of the EDEN (Europe Defense & Economic Network) alliance along with Romania, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Bosnia, Greece and Norway. Spain was rumored to be in talks to join EDEN, but is supposed to join FORTIS instead.
