As you all know Sluagh won the CP election in April, however his pre-election promise of ruling the country as a Military Dictator was flawed, it was a promise and ambition that he was never going to be able to achieve by only winning the CP election.
To be Dictator he needed to win the Dictator elections or start a coup and take it by force (not very democratic), certainly not the CP elections.
Congress and the Constitution were dissolved by the incoming CP, these are actions that are illegal and contrary to the laws of the land.
As a result of his actions I have been placed in the position where by game mechanics I have overall control of Ireland.
As our Dictator I will uphold the constitution and will make whatever decisions are necessary to uphold the law of the land and protect its assets until I can devolve power back to a Cp with congress and the constitution restored fully.
Discussions are still ongoing with Sluagh, and hopefully an amicable agreement/settlement can be reached over the next 24 hours.
Should talks fail my only option is to ask the runner up to form a government, If he refuses or is unable I will ask the next placed and so on.
If they all refuse then I will have no option but to appoint a Government myself.
I apologise for the disruption this may cause you all, but Ireland's freedom, democracy & right to a congress is paramount as laid down in its constitution.

The only thing you have been adding to this whole thing are snobby comments and an entitled attitude.
You and the ILP lost the elections, and the people voted instead for a new type of government. Respect what they voted for and stop bullying other people into doing what you want.
Oh and by the way, very interesting how even though you lost the elections you now want to get the ILP endorsed candidate back into the CP position.

I honestly thought the Constitution was a good thing for Ireland..turned out it wasn't. I was wrong about it, it brought us much more complications than anything else we had in our whole history. We wrote up some rules we were never able to follow.
Sluagh ran an honest campaign. He said that votes for him are votes to remove Constitution (which would include change of Dictator spot). Now, everyone can interprete this as they want, probably it will be a mess since one side will support Dictator elections.
Sluagh had a fair elections, he won. I believe he should be able to run a country now.
BTW, I know Nogin has a good intentions. Same as many others. We just don't agree over things/people. What we agree on is that Ireland deserves better than this!
dictators are not elected by the public based on ur government's rules. government appoints its own dictator in seclusion. this was the avenue by which the community could vote on the matter, and they did.

Sluagh has delivered detailed plans on how he will fix what is currently broken, he has proven that he has the resolve to deliver on those promises, and he has shown that he CAN indeed deliver. The opposition did no such thing, but are so scared that their imaginary little fortress will fall that they are doing everything in their power to stop the betterment of eIreland.
The only ones guarding their interests here are the as of today the Illegal dictator and the administration supporting her.
there is a player : moomoohead (actual emexican) he wrote the constitution with sluagh, we was dictator and when he left he decided to put nogin as dictator, he's a good friend and partisan of sluagh and former cromegan.
so Nogin wasn't put dictator by ILP. and if moomoohead trusted nogin, maybe we all can wait a little, talk each other and find a solution.

WRONG. I followed the constition which I wrote. It stated the CP to appoint an intern dictator and congress to vote on this. That happened and congress voted down the CP choice who I think was DC. There was nothing in constition about what to do if this stalemate happened. I was being attacked by ILP daily and wanted out of country ASAP. WHS picked noggin and I appointed her dictator. I have been in past close to noggin, I was her vp and she was mine. She is mad at me now for blocking Ireland into Pluto and has not talked to me in months. I have never been a member of cromega. Ilp states they want fairness, now is the time to show it.

Can't agree with you Nogin, sorry. Sluagh ran an open and honest campaign and made it clear as day that a vote for him was a vote to do away with the current setup. 40+ people voted for this change 19 people voted for you to become Dictator. He has the mandate to do what he is doing, and you do not. If you continue on this course you are crossing a line from supposed button pusher to actual Dictator denying the democratic will of the people.
when he dissolved congress he crossed the line, 2 separate elections 2 separate results, he promised something that was not possible under the current constitution, sorry if you disagree but sadly that's the facts.
he didn't "promise" anything, he asked for a mandate and he got it. That's the only fact that matters in this.

his mandate was he would absolve the constitution as there was no act in the constitution that said one could not remove it in total .what he did is in line with the constitution which was repealed after approval by the voters.

There are two sides in Ireland now. You were a minister and stood up regularly for the ilp side. Now you are not being independent like dictator should be and throwing out CP for someone supported by ILP. You are taking sides. No were in the constition does it say the dictator can dismiss the cp and apoint there own government. It describes the job of dictator which you have over stepped and the process to remove a CP which you have not followed. You are making an interpolation of your job. No be can argue that you always put what you believe is the best interest of the community first more then the rest of us. I just have trouble seeing how you think this is best, what message are you sending to all the new players who voted for him. Letting old players who have been on the sidelines along with new younger players would be better then the inactive incapable leaders we have had.

You became Dictator through an election held OUTSIDE of game mechanics. If you refuse to yield it to a person who was properly elected IN GAME then you are the one leaving the people of Ireland no option but to revert to game mechanics to remove you.

Yes he was voted CP, with a mandate to be Dictator. That aside you are preventing him from fulfilling the role of CP by refusing access to the countries orgs. You have overstepped and just on that fact alone you no longer have the right to be dictator.

what you're doing is against every single thing e-ireland has always done. CP has always had the right to Govern, you and your friends are blocking that. You were not elected to prevent a CP from Governing. You are not showing any respect for rules yourself. You have lost the right to be dictator. I'll wipe my ass with that constitution just like I did with the first one. The current convoluted setup is a complete failure and the people voted to get rid of it. Sluagh ran an honest and open campaign on the premise of establishing a military dictatorship. The will of the people, through democratic processes, voted for this.
I find it hilarious that you are hiding behind the Constitution when during the Dictator elections you were technically ineligible and in response to that critique you said, and I quote, "Its still in the re-write stage to remove the known issues with it, so it could be argued that its not in force till the new version is released to address these problem."
