Congress debate [January 29th, 2019]

Hello eIreland, this is my first article as Ceann Comhairle (Head of Congress). I don't want to make long articles for people read everything.

The Congress of eIreland has being debating three points proposed by Warbhoy and here they are:

1. To increase from 200,000 cc to 400,000 cc the funding of the Air Program made by aimeisan.

2. Fund the members of MU's outside of Irish Army with 150 IEP/DO done.

3. Keep other budgets on the same level (Irish Army, Community)

After a long debate via PMs and Discord, the final votations was:

1. The funding for Air Program has been increased from 200k cc to 400k cc per month. The 100% of votes were agree.

2. Other MU's will NOT be fund with 150 IEP/DO done. After some changes in votation, finally it did NOT pass, with 14 votes NO and only 1 vote YES.

3. According to keeping the budgets on the same level (Irish Army, Community) it passed with 14 votes YES and only 1 NO.

Also, I would like to congratulate to Abdoler for being also candidate to Ceann Comhairle, but after a really close votation:

- Abdoler: 7 votes
- ReMiiX: 9 votes

For ending, I would like to publish here a document that I did online for everybody for you can see who used their CS pass and who still has CS pass left. For looking the document clic here.

Also, these are the finances in eIreland after the changes voted.

How come aims program has increased support but he lowered the subvention for Irish fighters. If the program is supported by the Irish government it should not impact Irish fights.

With the lowered subventions the program will cost 1.5 million a month, which is 50 euro. Presume the Irish congress support decrease my cost to 35 euro. But I still have to buy packs for myself which is 25 euro, and than again I spend 60 euro on the game which is not little money to my salary. In the last months I spent much more than I normally could because of christmas bonuses and other things.

I understand that, but are the money for the Irish players only or distributed over the entire program.
That is my only concern 🙂

By the present rules in January the Irish citizens (those who had Irish citizenship on the day of the payment) would had got 984K CC only for the air kills. So we could say the congress finances the 40% of the air kills of the Irish citizens. But this is only theoretical since all payments are going from the same account.

99 members just a correction . the largest and best mu per capita in ireland. also we didnt apply and it was never raised as a formal proposal to my knowledge? so dont where who voted for and against it.

As the law says, it was to make funding to the others MU that are not Irish Army. This means that all the MUs who participate with DO's for eIreland would be funding by eIrish Gov.

While I am not in congress, so I cant really voice my concerns about the laws presented and/or the voting that took place, it is good to see a report issued. However, it is kinda concerning that (well at least the party I am in) didnt even ask/consult it's non-congress members about how they feel in regards to the laws. After all, isnt congress meant to represent the people?

Absolutly I do agree with you, Rusty. Since now, we will discuss in our Party everything related with the laws, for everybody can discuss it and give their opinion. Actually I don't know why we didn't do it. I apologise.

For the record I’m the one who voted YES on funding other MU’s who follow IA’s DO’s. I believe all loyal eIrish soldiers should earn their fair share and that this was a power play by the IRP to consolidate power into the IA. Their lies of being apolitical is all but an pretty image they paint over themselves to give them the “moral” high ground.

This is Democracy, you can vote freely what you think is the best for the eCountry. Actually you know I voted YES in the beggining, but then I thought a bit better about it and I changed my mind. The same happened with Warbhoy, firstly he voted yes and then he changed. This is Democracy. We voted and the law just didn't pass.

However, we can create another law for "helping" somehow or in a different way to the others MU.

I must add that these articles by ReMiiX as Head of Congress is much better than the stupid articles published by the previous Minister Of Community (*cough *Clorofila *cough)
