All these things that I've done...

Day 1,830, 17:18 Published in Belgium Belgium by Kylero
You know you gotta help me out.

When I ran for CP this past month, I put forth a number of priorities that I would focus on as CP. In my concession speech, I stated that I would find other ways to carry out these priorities. These past few weeks, I have been working hard as a Congress Member to tackle some of the issues that my supporters and I deemed important.

Here they are, and here's what I've done so far:

1. Reducing our national income deficit.
Lead the reform of Citizen Packs so we weren't spending too much to supply older players who should be able to supply themselves.

Proposed changes to the BNA budget to reduce spending today so we don't have to make drastic cuts in the future. There's no good reason to spend +500% of our monthly income on the BNA. Unfortunately, other CMs and our CP fail to see a problem with the unsustainable BNA budget, and wish to continue the bleeding of our reserves.

2. Add more elements to the military experience.
Proposed the Patriot Fund to allow soldiers to donate a portion of their TP and other medals for faster promotion and/or ribbons/awards.

3. Promote our local economy.
Still to come...

4. Party relations.
Have tried hard to mediate between parties, and keep petty party politics out of national debates.

5. Increase our national security practices.
Proposed the eBelgian Intelligence Agency to gather intel on multis and PTOs.

Proposed amendments to the Immigration Law to prevent possible election day PTOs by prohibiting citizenship approval on election days.

Proposed guidelines for Immigration Officers that included taking into account previous Multiple Account (multi) usage when determining if a citizenship request should be approved.

6. Reform or eliminate laws that work against the people of eBelgium.
Proposed the elimination of Citizenship Removal from the eBelgian Constitution to protect eBelgians from witch-hunts.

So as you can see, your vote for CM or CP has not been a waste. I've been trying, but it seems some wish to maintain the status quo, or use their time to propose and approve silly laws that serve no purpose (see Eternal Congressman...).

On your side as always,

Kylero
