The comrades and friends of the Socialist Freedom Party, USA send heart-felt HAPPY SOLSTICE greetings to all the the players of the world.

Over the years, our Party and our e-country have been blessed with active participation by immigrants from all corners of the world. Much like with the RL USA, and despite the occaisonal bad egg, immigrants bring numerous benefits to our nation.












Immigrants help to keep the e-USA powerful

Very much unlike RL, the e-USA is far from a superpower in eRepublik. Currently 4th in ability to project power. While lucky to have many native regions, which make the e-USA a good place for hosting training wars, the e-USA has a limited number of "tanks" and "legends".




Immigrants bring fresh ideas and innovations.

The e-nation benefits from fresh ideas, as well as the economic and military contributions of its new citizens. Players arriving from other countries help our communities understand how the game is played elsewhere, what has worked well or not so well in their e-countries of origin.




Immigrants help to keep the e-USA populated

The e-USA is currently 8th in population. While lucky to have many native regions, which make the e-USA a good place for hosting training wars, the e-USA has long had trouble attracting many new players from outside the game.




Immigrants cause few social or political problems

The e-USA has some of the strictest immigration protocols in the game. (Too strict in my opinion.) Despite the occasional freeloader and some lame PTO attempts, the vast majortiy of immigrants to e-USA are upstanding players who have followed the expected procedures and bring only benefits to the community.




Immigrants cause few economic problems

The e-USA goverment and most of its poltical parties offer a number of incentive and mutual aid programs, as do many countries and parties around the New World. If an immigrant citizen demonstrates that the are participating in the military and economic life of the e-USA, there is no rational reason to exclude them from these programs.





Bring the light!




The Socialist Freedom Party urges our fellow citizens to abandon any latent (or overt) urges towards xenophobia, racism, and small thinking that may arise with respect to fear of immigrants.

Sensible, rational guard-rails? Sure.

Freaking out about "those people"? Nah, not a good look. We can do better!
