Volsem, I am not saying the contrary but it's every congressmember's duty to discuss this first on the forum. A Vegan did not so this was just a lost proposal as every congressmember has to vote no on every not discussed proposal. So at the end he helped noboby and lost a proposal.
Olv007 the forum has no legal grounds what so ever. Please show me where eRepublik has officially endorsed it.
