Croatia brought war to our lands with the expectation of wiping us immediately. Months later, we are still here. Dissipated, yes, on the run, yes, but undefeated. The battles are fewer and supply lines long. It is the period of the Sitzkrieg.

Today I reestablish Year Zero of the Mass Line, and with it, the First Glorious Revolutionary Committee of the Sitzkrieg Situation.
