Why UKRP

Welcome one and all to another round of wacky congress races. All across the eLand people are gearing up for another round of voting. While a good percentage of people are part of a party - there is an ever increasing percentage that are looking to have their say, but are disenfranchised with what eUK politics had to offer.

As a quick recap to our members - and to those that don't particularly know - heres a few good reasons to vote UKRP.

1) Our congress course
- Each congress candidate had to complete and pass the congress course before being considered for an 'official' slot (i.e. high!). This course covered the basics of congress, how and why you would propose certain laws and even talked about the responsibility of congress. Together with some very experienced members our newer congress candidates have the knowledge and support to make informed and sensible decisions. This allows us to have confidence in our candidates - and you can too.

2) Our commitment to first-time congress members
- Our top 3 candidates are all first timers. We're committed to giving people a chance in congress.

3) Acknowledging past performances
- We also have a wide selection of experienced members running in this election. They will help the first-timers to get over there nerves and get stuck in.

UKRP is a party which prizes the potential of individuals. Each person has an opportunity to better themselves, their country and those around them. UKRP is committed to giving people the tools to do just that, through educations and advice - through to loans and community.

Congress has potential. UKRP has the key.

Our Congress Candidates



1) Ziltoid16 is a first time congress-er but long time asset. Active in feeds and scoring an almost perfect score on the Uni accreditation course Ziltoid will be a welcome addition to eUK congress

2) Jolyon Wagg - another first timer and relative newcomer. Jolyon has shown great aptitude for the game, asking for advice when needed and even producing a novel idea for an MU. Its my pleasure to put him so high on the list.

3) Elvis Trout long time eUK'r and UKRP'r who has finally decided to give congress a dose of his brilliance. No-nonsense straight up logic give ET the upper hand when putting across his points. This is the guy you want fighting in your corner. (He can also sing!)

4) Kapten Johnson - the Kapten really needs no introduction. A huge asset to the eUK and a boon to congress. This guy is THE man.

5) Appleface will be seeking another election into the hallowed halls of congress. Constant delight, speaker of truth and occasionally inspired article writer. Appleby provides the foundation of experience for those above him in the list to build upon.



6) Thomas765 is seeking re-election after a good term in congress. Another experience individual to help the good ship eUK navigate the choppy waters.

7) James Scarlet long term UKRP'r and all round nice guy. Good head on his shoulders and can be trusted to speak up if something is not right - regardless of who said it!

8 ) D I W After a bit of whirlwind round a number of parties DIW has settled in UKRP. We're lucky to have you buddy! Asset to the eUK and her allies DIW will be looking to help out wherever needs him.

9) TheDark Ace - The epitome of UKRP. Helpful, wise and patient TheDark is a constant support to all his fellow party members and hopefully the eUK on the whole.

10) Tommy M. Pickles - Activity, activity, activity. Having come on leaps and bounds within the confines of the party, Tom has really engaged with the materials within the various courses and looked to better himself. Working hard is his no. 1 priority. Lets keep him busy eh?
