[UKPP] Recent Events Explained

Earlier today, during the counting of the Party President elections, Alfagrem ( winner of the election) had his account hacked. In the process, money, gold and tanks are said to have been stolen and transferred to the hackers.
This is not the only problem. The hackers put Alfagrem into ESO, which has had the unfortunate role of making the UKPP vanish from visibility on our screens. You cannot access the page currently, but it still exists in the eRepublik database. You cannot join or leave the party, currently.
We have sent tickets to the admins and are awaiting a fix to our problems. But we must all remember that Alfagrem is worst off here and so we must support him.
It is rumoured that the Irish played a part in the hacking of his account, but we must not jump to any conclusions as of yet.
The Royal Navy has been supplied and should be fine for another week. We don't foresee any problems with supply, and therefore Navy members must not worry.

It'll all be sorted p soon don't worry. Admins aren't going to allow one of their best ever customers to be stolen from without fixing the situation.
Also, if we do wanna get serious about it(which I don't) if they are only "rumours" then you shouldn't really include them in your article if there is no truth to them. For you to include it, would either have to be to poke a bit of fun at us, or that part of you actually believes it to be true.

Irishbhoy, just seems strange that 'Alfa' commented on his 'article' at 04:22 followed by a number of ICA members, minutes later. That I think may have sparked the rumours.
and meh, its always fun to poke fun at the Irish ; )
Our channel is highly active mate, when an article gets linked then there are usually quite a few ICA guys/gals commenting together. Just a co-incidence that alfa commented at same time I reckon, I will be very surprised if whoever did it turns out to be Irish.

sucks for alfagrem, of all things people hack to make money ect. who was sad enough to hack in a game, u got be sad when u hack game to win its as bad as typing cheat codes.

As was said no blame is being accredited to anyone yet, people spotted Irish comments close together near the same time as 'Alfa's' and drew a quick conclusion. The IRC thing did cross my mind too, but you gotta agree at first inspection it looked suspicious. Glad to hear the Irish players are not so low.
The parties back, Alfa is back in control of his account everything seems to be back to normal. I don't know what, if anything went missing. Everyday is an adventure in the UKPP. People may call us all kinda things but boring can't be one of them...
