1. Serbian Birds In The Japanese Nest
Since my time in Japan has been rather quiet I like to relay my thoughts on the Japanese Dictatorship basically controlled by Serbia. That's right we are their slaves, yet fighting for them and who the hell is profiting out of this deal. Certainly isn't Japan that is gaining from this. If this some grand scheme afoot here I am pretty sure it is working well. However nothing I could get behind because where I come from I believe in Japan's independence. Then I should what so valuable about eJapan that eSerbia want. eJapan is a shrimp nation of a small population that pretty equals to nothing of importance to any big nation in eRepublik.
They must watched a lot of the Star Wars movies to their influence strategy. Yet they been here over two years they are not leaving. Its obvious they came for a reason. They flew Serbian coop to come to Japanese to lay an egg and frankly its hard to say what species of bird they are exactly hatching here. They certainly didn't come here because we sent them bad sushi and then suddenly say screw them we are coming to Japan to control the sushi market. Not only that sushi stinks but normal way it usually it does as not many are here. If many have come here they have simply walked off the pier swimming to find a new home where ever that may be.
As I was in eUSa before I came to eJapan I learned Serbia was a mortal enemy to the eUSA. Then it was like not so much anymore. Frankly what the heck are people hiding for the hate of eUSA. I thought it be more entertaining if Serbia fought against the eUSA a little more because those guys in eUSA think their dictatorship will protect them. Yet over in eUSA they are very divided and yet no one has jumped on the bus to crash their party what they call unity which isn't unity at all. In fact eUSA's government are run by people that don't play the game anymore than those that do play the game. Disunity always seems to run rampant no one uses that to take advantage. Not like I am suggesting Japan make nice with Serbia and say hello eUSA to eat missiles nor they haven't really been challenged by a majority of eRepublik nations that hate them. I am surprised they haven't been run over yet. Not like the eUSA is using the force to protect their land or anything to deflect any incoming invasions.
What exactly is my point to this article. Well Japan has an opportunity to be the land of opportunity but unity seems to be weakness like everywhere else in eRepublik and for small country not many will not come here. Plus when you got a Serbian control dictatorship running another country that proves to be a major challenge for any small nation like Japan. Put aside politics I have no magic bullet how to solve this but to put straight we got keep fighting against Serbia and the dictatorship. In the end we may still lose because of the lack of support and no other bigger nations willing to help us which I find pathetic. Take from me I know how you feel Japan because I ran for president in eUSA many months ago and back then I heard many wouldn't be willing to work with me. To me that just a sign of disunity and frankly foolishness. That just leads to more divisions and lack of real trust. Yeah they have their right to say that but when its politically motivated that where I know its never going to get any better because of the environment they created. People I know in Socialist Freedom Party back in eUSA never despite the odds against them never quit and I solute them. Japan we don't quit either on ourselves.
The difference Japan in some ways is not like eUSA. I know its kind of quiet but we got get off our butts to keeping trying to succeed. If divisions are just going to get in way you forget it because I will packing my bags maybe for Australia or just quit the game entirely. Meeting new people and coming together is why I play eRepublik and hope we can find the guts storm back to make not only Japan great but make eRepublik great again as a whole. Without standing for something we are nothing. When there is a plan and goals are set we work together and seize the day.

With a Dictatorship in place and no 'real' democracy all the peasants can do is fight amongts themselves for the table scraps.
A lot of wrong facts in your article.
http://prntscr.com/dhj1kh Serbs are here more than 4 years, and just like in opposition where most of you are RL Americans but not all of you, it is same here in other group: not all of us are Serbs and we have RL Americans in our group, too.. So, I do not have anything against Americans as a nationality: I have something against people who do not know to lead eState and that hate my RL nationality. And they can be from Mars 🙂 I do not care about from where are they: just care if they are good, reasonable and trust-worthy people.
Idk why are always going on nationality biased stories: two sides are not divided on nationalities: they are divided about idea how Japan should look like. Opposition want eJapan wiped on map without military strenght, but just that they lead eJapan: our group want eJapan to be stable mid-sized eCountry.
Group that is opposition now is leaded with person who have all dictatorship medals on profile but he is now big fighter for democracy 😃 ..how big hypocrite he can be, i know from long time ago. And group that is now fighting for democracy started first-ever coup in eJapan, so.. comedy 😃
"Our group want eJapan to be stable mid-sized eCountry"? Why is the country closed off then? I honestly couldn't care less about real life nationalities, because we are all eJapanese, but your group is directly damaging the growth of eJapan. Turning away perfectly normal and capable citizens who could greatly contribute to our community simply because they 'might' not support your dominion.
It doesn't matter if they're from eSerbia, eHungary, eRussia, eUSA, eUK, eGermany, whatever. We're a small and relatively weak country if all things are considered, we shouldn't discriminate against anyone who wants to come and help eJapan. The current government appears to ONLY let in eSerbians and eHungarians who ALL either just stay for an election to boost your numbers before leaving right after, or sticking in your parties. While simultaneously turning away everyone else. We're a very diverse community, it really doesn't have to be so black and white.
It doesn't matter if you're in control, or if we're in control, or whoever is in control. I would hope that the primary goal that we all can agree on is that we want eJapan to succeed and grow and develop a wonderful community that we can ALL enjoy. New players just don't stick around anymore, we have to stop turning away from an easy way to grow our community.
I just don't understand. Is the circle jerk of medals and 'having the power' that much more important than having fun and building something great for everyone to enjoy? Strengthening this country and welcoming everyone who wants to make it a better place? I would hope not.
No one is entirely blameless. No one is righteous. Everyone has their own issues with the way they do things but it doesn't necessarily mean that either side wants to see this country crash and burn.
It's irrational to think that anyone is above reprieve just because of what someone else may have done to them in the past. It doesn't change anything about how things are now. Are we this far removed from cohesively existing as a nation that we would be okay with hurting ourselves to reach our own agendas?
You are probably misinformed by leaders of JS (Oni, Chickens, Tomasz..) about recent happenings here: we offered as a sign of our good will and to close this internal mess once for all, to have here system like it was in eUK: with one person as a dictator (one of the strongest eJpn soldiers) and with all decisions made in congress mass messages. We made that mass messages, but only Captain Kidd wrote something in it, no response from the others.
Your leadership found excuses to refuse our offer in two facts: they didn't wanted IGM-s, they wanted forum; and they wanted that same person be CP and Dictator. We refused that bcs we cannot force everyone to use out-of-game sources for decisions, and not to let that some non-trusted future CP ruin everything by not respecting primary things of the deal (not changing foreign policy and not sending NE laws on our neighbors) and to refuse to give dictatorship place to future cp/dict.
As I saw what you wrote here, probably we could made that deal that you were party leader bcs your way of thinking is more reasonable than theirs.
As I see current situation, most of you JS members are just a tool for some people that wants to fulfill their goal to have more CP medals on their profile, but the problem is that they do not know how to lead eCountry of our size and military power: they proved that in the past with starting wars that they cannot win and result was eternal wipe from the map of our eCountry. On the other side, just look profiles of our members: we do not stockpile CP medals like your party leader, and we want that every our member get opportunity to get one CP medal.
And in the past, we gave few CS-s to your members (for example: one Korean got CS from our congress member), but you try to find jus one example in the past five years when your members gave CS to some of our people.
If there were a deal that we offered, everything will be different now here, but few people in JS leadership are biggest problem for that
So, my conclusion is: Angelo Sauper and his team that currently lead JS do not have any idea how to secure Japan existence on the map; he cannot explain how he plan to lead the eCountry without support of the strongest fighters of eJapan in this predominately war game; how one person that have all dictatorship medals on his profile is now here biggest propagandist for 'democracy'; and how to explain with reasonable facts why is bad for eJapan to have unity of the people that knows how to lead reasonable foreign policy and people that knows good to do internal stuff.
He just know how to sabotage interests of our country and to fight against our interests. For example, he helped that South Africa go from our cores, which is not in eJapan interests bcs now when we do reset of determination with Serbia, we must have direct war with Serbia instead that South Africa have that war.
And to expect that we are helping to proved saboteur in any way would be insane
I wouldn't say that I am misinformed, those are just different matters than the one that I was bringing up. Obviously achieving some sort of cooperation is always something to be desired, but I believe with the way things are, that will be a long road to traverse. The CP/Dictator being the same person hasn't been suggest without good reason. Under the negotiation that was proposed, the power would still all be completely in your control, with the dictator being changed at any time you desire. Those of us that want the CP position don't do it for the medal, it's because we believe that we have something strong and valuable that we can bring eJapan. Having the CP as the Dictator has worked in other countries, and regarding the matter of trust, the CP is still an elected position. If you don't want someone you don't like to be the CP, don't vote for them. If someone somehow manages to get the support of the majority, it's safe to say that they may very well be OK for the position. The same can be said for foreign policy and the like, just don't vote for the person who has a platform you disagree with.
See, now that is an area that our opinion differ a somewhat. Why does every one of your members get a CP medal? I believe the position of being the CP is something that is earned. Something that you fight for and campaign for and earn through the vote of the people who support you and your vision for the country. Not just because they haven't gotten a medal yet, just being a puppet of sorts. I think it's generally pretty safe to say that those among us who have a number of CP medals earned those medals, and so if they would happen to get more here because they have something they want to accomplish and have something to bring to the table, because they fought and won that top position, I say more power to them!
I understand that a few citizenship passes may have been given out to 'our' side in the past. But you must also consider the limited amounts of time that 'our' side has had the opportunity to even give those passes. That's besides the point though. There shouldn't be a 'your side' or 'our side' when it comes to things like that. I think that everyone should be allowed into the country if they want to contribute to our community and benefit eJapan. Whether that is someone that supports you guys, or supports us, or supports no one. The point is that they can be extremely valuable in the development of our country, and such small things shouldn't take priority over the strengthening of our country, because that's something that we all benefit from and would like to see, regardless of what side we are on. Let everyone in. eJapan comes first.
Furthermore, it's absolutely possible that the country couldn't be run with people only from JS. Many of you guys are hardworking and talented as well, and are far more acquainted with many of the positions. The expertise of many members on your side is something that would always be appreciated, but the expertise from a lot of members on our side can be extremely valuable as well, as there are many talented individuals here too. That's because eJapan comes first, and combining bits and pieces of what we all have is the best way without a doubt to build an efficient and effective country. But that includes sharing the load as well, take in other people who may not be the most experienced, assign deputy or assistant positions so that they can learn and develop into the leaders of tomorrow. There's so much talent, and all it needs is to be cultivated and grown and taught. We can all only benefit from a larger pool of experienced and talented individuals who CAN run the country.
Now, I hope you know that we're not all the same in JS, or any of the other parties. We don't necessarily agree with everything or have the same opinions, though we may support a similar cause. We're all very different and unique people, just get to know some of us and you can see that. Some may support one thing, but not another. But I know there are a lot of us around who just want to see eJapan prosper and grow and develop and become stronger. I believe that being divided and closing off the country to those who want to come in and help is not the way to do that.
Part of allowing a successful democracy to exist is allowing someone the freedom and agency to choose who they see fit, and trusting in the people of the nation to make a sound and informed decision is a major part of that. The citizens of our nation have to feel empowered in their choices, or else they'll be less inclined to participate at all, which is the issue plaguing our nation for the past two years. It'/ one of my primary reasons I abhor the Dictatorship module.
I'm no longer in JS anymore, and it's not like *their* leadership council would have listened to or considered what I have to say. But I was always all for the CP and Dictator being separate people, as long as the dictator was someone universally accepted by everyone. Communication and, above all TRUST, makes up the foundation of a constitutional dictatorship, and when I ran for PP of JS it was a campaign predicated on the idea that the coalition could be worked with to create a better eJapan. Unfortuately that's not what the rest of the party believed.
A part of the reason that SOS will exist is for the fact that JS leadership has no intention of working with anybody but those on their side. If you happen to try and help an ejapan grow despite dictstorship then you are not on their side. It's fine to say that you don't agree with everything they say but you are supporting that by being in their party or allowing them leadership. I personally don't want 2017 to be a year of silence.
Amazarashi echoes my sentiment
Thanks for your insight.

i endorsed you article, now you can buy lollipop and stop crying
well I apreciate your article and your opinion.
I think that benefits all with it.
That said, I can´t agree with you cause, the fact is now Japan exists, and before it was a colony of this or that country. You might say, well, we are a some sort of colony of that country or this alliance, but that is the fate of all small nations: be smart and choose your side.
Japan did it and it exists...
eJapan may exist, but the price for our existence has been very, very steep.
There never has been unity in eJapan since Kokawayoshi Makoto, ten thousand years, and there will never be again. There are too many people willing to bring eJapan down in the process of controlling it. It is inevitable that a neutral party exists, some of us don't fit in to either systems. We just want a better eJapan.
This is already a tiresome topic, and I have barely been back 2 months.
It's truly an exercise in futility. There's nothing that can be said anymore that hasn't already been done.
I will say this much now, the things you say in this article proves that you have no idea what is truly occurring in eJapan.
Now I return to my hole before Oraizan threatens me with the whip again.
Ten lashes!
I know enough since I came here that Serbia as a influence here but yes I admit I don't know a lot that has occurred in eJapan before arriving.
I`m eJapanese in eJapanese "nest"...i`m here more then most of you...you are and will always be intruders and gaijins...(middle finger)
Well that wasn't very nice 😨
I was the only one to reply in the congress thread. This is true and it wasn't really appreciated. H owever that is congress threads. Please restart.
