[TC] [#1] Early Morning Interview

Day 3,715, 04:15 Published in USA USA by Max Tse Tung

Hello eUSA!

You may have noticed I've got a new layout and newspaper title. Now that I feel that I'm starting to get my bearings as a player I have decided to touch upon old material, with the hopes that my own personal articles will be more aesthetically pleasing to my audience. I present to you, The Collider.

Anyway, on to more important matters.

I've got an interview that I conducted this morning with none other than Socialist Freedom Party, Secretary General and Congressional Candidate Jimmy Cincinnati. I asked him several questions about the current situation in eUS. We discussed a bunch of stuff from Culture and Arts to Governance and Politics. Take a look below.

Maxwell Hanz-
Alright, How are you doin' this morning Jimmy?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
I can't complain. It sure beats some other days I've had. How are you doing?

Maxwell Hanz-
I'm doing pretty good can't complain, been studying and working on the Art Initiative a bit.

Jimmy Cincinnati-
That's a great initiative. Good luck.

Maxwell Hanz-
What do you think of the new Arts Initiative?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
It's already inspired some people. It will be interesting to see what comes from it. Bob Ross would be proud.

Maxwell Hanz-
I agree and I certainly am as well. It seems we will have more Philosophers then artists at the moment though. Do you carry any Philosophical beliefs or ideas?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
I'm a cynic. It's hard to nail one down. Seems that fits me best.

Maxwell Hanz-
I consider myself to be a Materialist.

Jimmy Cincinnati-
I'll have to look that one up. I haven't studied philosophy much. That's why it's hard to nail one down.

Maxwell Hanz-
Do you follow any eReligions?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
A couple of them. I read the book of Dio. I'm one of Harambe's chosen people.

Maxwell Hanz-
Yeah, it would seem some haven't even read the book of Dio. Some really despise Dioism. I for one agree with you that Harambe is one of the only eReligions that is healthy. I mean why wouldn't you put undying faith into a transcendental Eastern Lowland Gorilla?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
Seems legit.

Maxwell Hanz-
That reminds me of something! what was your favorite moment in eHistory?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
When my party made it into the top 5. I can die a happy citizen, after that. Years of work seemed to have paid off

Maxwell Hanz-
And what Industry are your companies in-game?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
They are idle. Housing and housing raw material. That's all that seems to make money.

Maxwell Hanz-
How’s the market doing in your opinion?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
Not good, but I'd imagine we are doing better than the average player. I made more money from the training ground than any company. I think the communes bare part of the blame. They are detrimental to the economy.

Maxwell Hanz-
Let's talk politics for a bit... Who is your favorite congressional candidate this term?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
Just our SFP or the eUS? That's a tough call.

Maxwell Hanz-
Just SFP They are all equally mannered candidates but who do you think is putting in the most effort?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
King James88. He's put in a lot of work and hasn't been in Congress for a while. Plus, he's aware of a lot of the issues that keep me up at night. Like immigration bias.

Maxwell Hanz-
I noticed! That man is really putting in some work for the media. It looks as if he ran an article series as a platform. And for Congress! That's setting a standard.

Jimmy Cincinnati-
Congressional platforms have become a bit of a joke since the rosters are set by the PP. It's good to see he has a sense of humor.

Maxwell Hanz-
I agree but I feel it REALLY does show activity. I wouldn't think less of anyone for not doing it though. Anyway, any laws you would like to see passed?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
I'd like to discuss the import tax. I think it's a great idea. Saves us from pollution and funding our enemies. Gives the incentive to move here. I want to hear everyone's opinion, before I say, "I want this." I want whatever is best for the eUS. I'd like to discuss the minimum wage, too. Lots of people are avoiding taxes.

Maxwell Hanz-
I got one last question for you. Is there an erosion of democracy taking place in eUSA?

Jimmy Cincinnati-
The eUS, in general, is more democratic than at any time in my eLife. We've had unity candidates and people roleplaying martial law. There was us and them. If you didn't support the unity candidate, you were one of them. Those were dark days. The party, on the other hand, has become more exclusive than it use to be. There are safeguards in place that never existed. All thanks to Phil Harmony. I guess we never had a guy in the party that just wanted to do bad things. He doesn't seem to care about anything but causing disruptions.

Thank you for reading this piece and I just wanted to let you all know that I am running for Congress! Make sure you go vote in the Party Primary! If not me we’ve got plenty of other marvelous candidates that you should consider!

By the way let me know what you think about the new theme!
