Part 1 : Maxwell, you should resign!
Greetings comrades, brothers & sisters, members of our party,
when I've first started drafting my new article, I thought it will be a pretty long one. But in the making, as it kept becoming larger, I've realized that it will be a little bit too much for the readers to digest at once. So I've decided to break it into parts, do a series. Here's the first part, in which I will reflect on yesterday's Congressional elections, as well as start digging for the reasons why we are here where we are!
As the votes are being verified ( and I don't expect significant changes of the results) it is safe to say that our party did below average, regarding gathered votes for this month's Congress. We came in 3rd, with only one vote more then the Workers. Not surprisingly, our friends (are they still our friends?) from the Black Sheep party scored much better, getting 10 votes more then us, despite having 30+ members less then we. This is pretty much devastating: almost 50 of our members didn't vote for the party they are in ( maybe even more, because not all members of our community are in the T5 parties). Pretty much devastating, if you ask me. We can speculate about the reasons: did we alienate our members, if so, how? Some of you will put a potential blame on me, condemning my article & yesterdays shouts, where I was telling people to vote for The Black Sheep Party. In deed, I did; you know why? Because they have a cohesive & upright party policy, regarding what their party stands for! They did no revisions of their decision to leave that filthy & rotten private little elitist forum, they stood by it. What did we do? They advocate (and have always advocated) low taxes, the whole congress-delegation stands behind this. How about us?
You see, our spineless attitude, our "flip-flopping" politics, our bureaucratic nonsense & stupidity got us here.
But is it all of us, who should take the responsibility for such result?
I don't think so!
The current party-leadership isolated themselves from the players base. Many of the votes they got (not counting the deliberately imported ones, thanks to the power-hungry elitist-agents - cough, cough, WDIB2 cough, cough - ) were votes by inertia or mutual consent. How else do you explain that players, that are hardly active, with no media presence, who don't even troll or spam our party-feed, like the elite-revisionist gang does, get primary votes, anyway?
Here's an illustration of the anomaly: we got 18 votes less in the Congressionals then we did in the PP election, if summarized. Now this is awful!
But our party leadership makes no changes, no correction of the current course where the SFP ship is sailing. Seems they will even rather sink the vessel, then to admit their fault & correct their numerous mistakes. This is applicable not only for the current leadership, but for the prior as well. The autocratic rule of the SFP forum master TheNorm has surely set the trends: bypassing democratic procedures, using fake executive orders, banning players from the forum & Discord & even "blacklisting" members, something that was unimaginable before.
At this point there is no difference between our leadership & the elitist-oligarchy of the eUSA: same rethoric, same methods result in the same game-play. Even worse: our leadership has adopted the same mind-set like the crooked elite! Lies, censorship, exclusion, double-standards, hypocrisy, deception - this is the new norm.
In this series of article I will dissect the corpus of our party, analyze the reasons why we are in the current shape, give you numerous examples why the leadership under Maxwell is failing in every way & provide proof how people with such attitude & mind-set are unfit to lead the once glorious Socialist Freedom Party! In order to make my point very clear, I will use "their own words", quote them (mainly taken from the current Discord channel of the party), making it impossible for them prove me wrong. The citations will be published as text, in cursive, with time-stamps. I'm giving you my word that I have not altered these in any way, only posts with a different subject were edited out, for the sake of coherence. (Because the process of removing my comments on Discord, as well as from our in-game feed has already started, I have also archived the history in screen-shots - Max, don't even think about playing dirty here!) That way their invalidation, ad-hominem attacks & trolling, that will show up in the comment-section below will be obvious for what it is: rubbish!
What I have also edited is my name; when I was called differently or when they were talking about me "behind my back", it is substituted with Rosa, as well as the in-game names of the other actors, if different then in eRepublik.
Let me start the narrative one month ago. This is important, because Max inherited the party after a month long of TheNorm's reign, a month of shady & nontransparent forum-back-door dealings, introduction of "blacklisting" members, banns without reason from the SFP forum & Discord, no public statements about these occurrences, no logs that would show the RC stance on that - elitist piggish behavior, so symptomatic for the elite eUS hegemony.

we have almost zero knowledge of who will be in the parties cabinet and even less info on who will be apart of the RC... on top of the major change in rehtoric thats about to happen (I assume judging off of TheNorms Interview)
and no real idea of what the RC will be presented
Max was seeing what was happening, a new party president being made, introduced as the "official" candidate that has a blank-cheque in his pocket. But Max went silent, he didn't even have the guts to confront TheNorm with this, even less to call him out. Max knows when to keep his mouth shut, in order not to challenge the "mighty" elites!
On the same day Max announces PP run next month, running for the seat of the next party president. But he wants to make it differently then TheNorm, so he starts asking for help, and gets schooled by Ilene Dover:

Maybe a reasonable tax increase of 2-3% of some kind could help raise funds in the face of a possible invasion but i'm not really sure if it would help very much. I need to get another opinion on it.

He calls someone a traitor, because that's the elitist's narrative? He screams PTO, only because someone wants to run against him. This is a perfect example of the mind-set of a little despot. The first thing you need to do, when you want to take the freedom away from an individual is to undermine his perception of freedom! The road to slavery starts with the first step in which you propagate this ill logic of determination , where you destroy the concept that freedom can ever be obtained. The rest is simple: just drag him down the path of helplessness & despair. Because without freedom one can never find happiness!

He resorts to slander, because of lack of any proof or argument. The accusations are not even his own, they are wild "speculation" by someone else. He calls someone a traitor, because that's the elitist's narrative? He screams PTO, only because someone wants to run against him. Here he will attribute the increase of new members to a nasty multi plot by some sort of "evil enemy". Later on, he will picture this rising in membership as the result of the splendid work done by the party recruiting team!
The words to describe it: a double-faced, utmost dishonest & filthy way of game-play; slander without a conscience! Bravo Max!
But that's not all! The next and last quote in this article, where Max describes more then his views & beliefs is a true horror story for every freedom-loving individual. This is a perfect example of the mind-set of a little despot. The first thing you need to do, when you want to take the freedom away from an individual is to undermine his perception of freedom! The road to slavery starts with the first step in which you propagate this ill logic of determination , where you destroy the concept that freedom can ever be obtained. The rest is simple: just drag him down the path of helplessness & despair. Because without freedom one can never find happiness!
In the next article of the series I will introduce other key players, who have put our party on a downward spiral.

At the moment my form of protest is to 'not feed the troll' and ignore as much of this total horsecrap as possible. Rosa flat out lies, and manipulates text to suit his own selfish agenda...which is to cause as much chaos as possible. The biggest threat to any of the topics discussed here, is Rosa himself, as he lies, hurls insults, and makes things more difficult for people who have good intentions. Rosa's intentions are nothing but destructive, to set things on fire simply to watch them burn. Which again, makes things harder for everyone, especially newer players. MY word is my honor, and my honor is my word. Rosa can not say that without it being a lie.

I'm one of the oldest SFP members in this game, and the longest continuous member of the party. To say I just 'showed' up is another lie by you. I have not been inactive either. To say any actions taken against you were by a single person would be another lie by you and a false statement. I did not ban you from anywhere. Any actions against you were a decision made by the leadership following the calls by a overwhelming large majority of the SFP who have had enough of your vulgarity, personal attacks, insults, lying, etc...trolling behavior. People had asked you to stop in a civil manner, however you only increased your trolling and seem to be constantly trying to 'level up'. As far as levels go, of horrid behavior, I would say your a 9.9 out of 10. While I am not keeping track, I would say the next closest person to equal your type of behavior would be like a 2 out of 10. You are a rare case, thankfully, and in rare instances steps have to be taken even if it not something we like to do. Certainly the SFP having to go to these steps has not been enjoyable by any means. You also do not know what is best for the SFP, the members decide what is best, and if you had any clue you would not be behaving so horribly.

I imagine 95% of Erep players outside of the old timers would be able to explain VAT tax impact in three paragraph essay.
