[MoM] ^.^ The Ministry of Merriment is back! And better than ever!!!!! ^.^

The Ministry of Merriment is back and this time it's better than ever. For the first time in my historic knowledge of the country it will be run by a co-Minister, both myself (Kyle321n) and Ernir will be heading up the Ministry and we are excited to announcing some of the things that we will be doing in the next month.

-Lotteries and Grab Bags-
This will be our "Money Maker" and by money maker I mean it will be what we use to give out money and prizes and such. What is more merry than prizes and money?

-The formation of Re-occurring Holidays/Events-
We need to celebrate the important days of ePhilippines. I think October 7th should be the first day and we can celebrate by giving anyone eBorn that day 100 GOLD. You disagree? Come up with your own ideas 😉

-A Monthly Census-
We know who lives in the country, and what they think. A monthly census to figure out who, what, and where we come from is important.

-Writing Articles about ePhilippines Culture, History, and Important People-
Do you know what Hekter did before he came to the ePhilippines? Do you know why Nevvven was inducted to the Philippine Legion of Honor? What did Myung Kei do before becoming President? These questions and more may be answered by the Ministry of Merriment.

-Writing Articles poking fun at the government or the political scene-
Why not make fun of the people we elect? And how about this Shadow Presidency we have this month since no one was able to be nominated for President, how easy will that be to pick apart? 😛

-Announcing and hosting upcoming Cultural Events-
Read Cultural Events as game nights and events that we're going to host on IRC and the forums.

-Other actions which may spur activity and fun without harming anyone ePhysically or eEmotionally-
What's better than making fun of members so long as it's not harmful (unless of course it's towards Jude Connors)

-Government articles, if necessary-
Is the president incapacitated and the Minster of Defense and their subordinates away and we need to get a super important message out? Then the Ministry of Merriment would be the very last to let you know 😉

So be on the look out in my paper, Ernir's paper and the Ministry of Merriment's paper for more updates on what all is going on in ePhilippines. The first lottery will start up on Monday and we may have some even bigger announcement tomorrow!
