[Dutch and English alternated for each ministry]



Als president is Van Spijck de eindverantwoordelijke voor alles wat de regering van eNL doet. Hij onderhoudt ook het contact met onze bondgenoten in EDEN. Dit laatste houdt momenteel ook helaas in dat hij regelmatig moet doorgeven dat we onvoldoende budget hebben voor MPPs met onze bondgenoten. De MPPs met landen die een actieve oorlog hebben zijn momenteel voor ons het belangrijkst, omdat dat betekent dat we iedere dag een Daily Order hebben. Dus die MPPs krijgen ook voorrang bij verlengingsaanvragen. Verder worden MPPs met onze bondgenoten ook verlengd als de andere partij het geld bijdraagt.

Het verheugt ons om NoTie112 en Xyrrath welkom te mogen heten in onze regering. Zij zullen in het MoR (ministerie van recruitment) ervoor zorgen dat het aantal inwoners van eNL blijft toenemen, zodat we als land sterker worden. Aangezien ze daar de afgelopen tijd al flink mee bezig geweest zijn, zijn we er van overtuigd dat zij hier de geschikte personen voor deze taak zijn.

As president Van Spijck is responsible for all our government’s activities. He also maintains the contact with our allies in EDEN. This unfortunately currently means that he has to explain our allies that we cannot extend our MPPs because of budgetary problems. The MPPs with countries that have an active war are currently the most important for us, as they mean we can have a Daily Order every day. So those MPPs get priority for MPP extensions. Of course MPPs with our allies will also be extended if the other country is prepared to pay the money.

We are delighted to welcome NoTie112 and Xyrrath into our government. They will take the minister and state secretary posts in the Ministry of Recruitment (MoR) and make sure that the number of citizens in eNL keeps increasing. As they’ve already been working on this task in the last few weeks, we’re convinced they’re the right people for this task!

Minister: Mikebane



Het MoHA gaat over immigratie. MikeBane heeft het laatste woord wanneer immigranten de Nederlandse nationaliteit aanvragen. In een geval is niet gewacht op zijn oordeel en is een immigrant toegelaten voordat alle informatie binnen was, wat natuurlijk te betreuren valt. Omdat MikeBane irl in een andere tijdszone woont kan het soms lang duren voordat hij reageert, en dat was een van onze congresleden te veel geworden.



The MoHa deals with immigration. MikeBane determines which citizen requests can be accepted. In one case, a congress member did not wait for his final judgement and allowed an immigrant to enter before all information had arrived. Because MikeBane lives in a different time zone irl it can sometimes seem to last long before he responds, and one of our congress members decided to go ahead.

Het ministerie van Buitenlandse zaken, afgekort MoFA, onderhoudt de contacten voor ons land in het buitenland. Deze contacten zijn zeer belangrijk voor een klein land als eNederland dat zich staande moet houden tussen allerlei grote en sterke landen.

Maar deze taak kan dit ministerie niet alleen uitvoeren, en daarom is Arcanic Mindje als Directeur der Ambassades dringend opzoek naar nieuwe ambassadeurs voor landen als Italië en Brazilië. Ambassadeurs zijn voor ons land de ogen en oren in het buitenland.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) maintains the foreign contacts of our country. These contacts are very important for a small nation such as the eNetherlands, which has to compete with many big and strong countries.

But the ministry cannot perform this task on its own, and that is why Arcanic Mindje, as our Director of the Ambassies, is urgently looking for new ambassadors for countries such as eItaly and eBrazil. Minister: Dave Brinkman

Commune:
We kennen hopelijk nu ondertussen allemaal het Nederlandse commune systeem bij Dave Brinkman. Er gaan daar binnenkort een aantal zaken veranderen, die er voor zorgen dat het commune systeem beter gaat werken en waardoor de communes minder verlies zullen gaan draaien. Er gaan 2 zaken veranderen: de plaatsing van de commune en de lonen.

Plaatsing:
De communes bevinden zich op dit moment in eUSA. Maar niet voor lang meer, omdat eUSA geen 100% productie bonus geeft. Dave Brinkman gaat daarom naar een land met 100% productie bonus emigreren, om de maximale productie te behalen. Dat wordt vermoedelijk eBrazilië. Dave Brinkman zal daar binnenkort naar verhuizen en zal de commune daar voortzetten. Dus voor een baan moet je binnenkort naar Brazilië verhuizen.

Lonen:
De lonen die we nu gewend zijn zijn 4 Q6 en 4 Q7 wapens en 5.5 USD, dit is inmiddels naar het minimumloon gegaan van 1 USD. De Q6 wapens komen in de nieuwe situatie te vervallen. Er zullen alleen nog maar Q7 wapens worden uitgedeeld. Het aantal wapens stijgt wel. Van 4 Q7 wapens naar 5 of 6 Q7 wapens. Eveneens zijn wij op zoek naar “weapon raw materials partners”, die een aantal clicks per dag willen doen als steun voor de commune.

Commune:
Hopefully most of us are aware of the eDutch commune system, where people can work at Dave Brinkman in exchange for weapons. A number of things will change soon. These changes will allow the commune system to work more efficiently so that the communes will cost our state less, while providing similar benefits for the people working there. 2 Things will change: the location of the commune and the rewards.

Location:
The communes are currently located in the eUSA. But as the eUSA does not give a 100% production bonus, this will change. Dave Brinkman will emigrate to a country with a 100% production bonus, so that the maximal production can be achieved. This will probably be eBrazil. After moving there, Dave Brinkman will continue the commune. So for a job, you will have to move to Brazil when this transition occurs.

Rewards:
The rewards we’re currently used to are 4 Q6 en 4 Q7 weapons and 5.5 USD, this has changed to the minimum wage of 1 USD. The Q6 weapons will no longer be there in the new situation. Only Q7 weapons will be distributed. The number of weapons will increase to compensate. From 4 Q7 weapons to 5 or 6 Q7 weapons. And we are looking for “weapon raw materials partners” who want to do some clicks to support the commune, info you can get from Dave Brinkman.

De uitwerking van de plannen in de 2e nieuwsbrief hebben helaas door drukte langer op zich laten wachten, maar zijn intern de regering net gepubliceerd waar ze nog fijn geslepen kunnen worden en dan aan het congres gepresenteerd zullen worden zodat de benodigde goedkeuring geregeld kan worden.

Onze MoF heeft het erg druk met al zijn taken (verder onder andere ook onze bezittingen bijhouden), en kan dus best hulp gebruiken in de vorm van een staatssecretaris. The elaboration of the plans in the 2nd newsletter has unfortunately been delayed, but it has just been published internally within the government so that the details can be worked out, and then the plans will be presented to congress, so that the necessary approval can be arranged.

Afgelopen maand kondigde onze MoR, knowndead, aan dat hij zou stoppen als MoR. Inmiddels hebben we een zeer geschikte opvolger gevonden in NoTie. Hij is de afgelopen weken al bezig geweest met een nieuwe babyboom, wat veel belooft voor de toekomst! Datzelfde geldt voor zijn staatssecretaris Xyrrath.



Last month our MoR. knowndead, announced he wouldn’t continue as MoR. By now, we’ve heard that NoTie wants to take over this position. NoTie has recently been working on a new babyboom for the eNL, so we think he will do great at this position! The same applies to his state secretary Xyrrath.

As you may have noticed, there have not been many financial articles recently. These need to be rewritten because of in-game changes. So Zeeuwsmeisje is working on those at the moment.
