Greetings Singapore, this is your Minister of Defense logan Dunleavy here is your daily ministry update for day 1,205.
An introduction to reform:
As I'm sure you're aware by now I am your new Minister of Defense. And as the new MoD I shall be implementing military reforms that are aimed at restructuring our current system into a working and organized new one. This starts by forming the fighting unit for our older players. This unit will be called the Praetorian Guard and will replace the now defunct and non-operating Torchwood. The Praetorian Guard will be for players who are level 19 and up and will be the first unit called upon to deploy (and we will deploy) where ever they are needed. You can sign up for the Praetorian Guard Here
A second branch will also be created just for new players. This will be called the First Legion. The first legion will be for anyone under the level of 19 and will act as a training corps for those below level under level 15 and for those above it will act as a proving grounds for future entrance into the Praetorian Guard.
We also will be asking military members to serve in government companies so that we can supply them with food and weapons and moving tickets for their deployments.

Pratorian Guard was an ancient roman unit - personal guardians of the emperor himself. The name is pretty cliche and one Romanian unit in the game already uses it.
