Hoy escribimos para explicaros las últimas novedades de SPC.

Los recién llegados al juego se preguntarán: “¿Qué es Spanish Paramilitary Confederation?”
Pues como su nombre indica, es una la confederación de milicias -la pionera de eEspaña- formada por Black Fear (BF), Comando Solución Independiente (CSI) y Fuerzas Armadas Forococheras (FAF).
Somos la unidad militar que actualmente reúne más daño bruto (aprox. 25😵 y -lo que es más importante- más daño efectivo de eEspaña.

Aunque muchos ya nos conocéis, os vamos a explicar cómo funcionamos, cuales son nuestros objetivos, y detallaremos los cambios que vamos a implantar a partir de esta semana para optimizar nuestro sistema y hacerlo más equitativo.

Si algo caracteriza a SPC son dos pilares básicos:
1) Órdenes ingame puestas correctamente, y
2) Pegadas conjuntas en el IRC

El primero es algo básico y no creemos que necesite de corrección alguna, pero el segundo es el que queremos potenciar. Son años haciendo pegadas conjuntas entre nuestros miembros, y estas nos han hecho un hueco en el panorama internacional.
Respecto al segundo punto, estamos trabajando duro para mejorar nuestra organización. Para ello dividiremos SPC en 3 divisiones: SPC Elite, SPC Pro y SPC junior.
En el primer grupo estará la gente D4 con un maxhit superior a 15.000 y tendrán pegadas prácticamente a diario. En ese grupo también se incluirán los miembros más activos y trabajadores. Por otro lado los demás D4 y los fuertes de divisiones D3 y D2 estarán en el grupo SPC Pro. Con el objetivo de formarlo con la rutina de pegadas teniendolas cada 2 o 3 días. Por último para nuestros peques y futuros soldados se buscará hacer como mínimo una pegada semanal a estos los denominaremos SPC Junior.

En las pegadas se darán full equip de armas q7 a SPC Elite y SPC Pro. Y a los Junior dependerá de la importancia de la batalla, pero se les incentivará en la autosuficiencia y control del daño.

El sistema está orientado sobre todo a acumular grandes cantidades de daño D3 y D4; pero siempre tratamos de no descuidar el futuro de la milicia, por lo que se tiene previsto otorgar premios por actividad, entre los que se encuentra la posible promoción a una división superior.

Nuestro objetivo es crear un grupo de operaciones que pueda actuar de manera rápida y contundente. Por este motivo y con el fin de mejorar la actividad hemos implantado un sistema de avisos por mail/SMS para todo aquel que lo desee esté avisado en tiempo y forma y pueda planificar sus paneos.

Con esto confiamos ser la unidad de referencia en eEspaña en cuanto a organización, daño y futuro. Para poder actuar en cualquier momento y cuando un país amigo nos solicite. Y esperamos ponernos al nivel de las mejores armadas del eMundo.

Today we write about latest news on SPC.

Newcomers will ask themselves: "What does Spanish Paramilitary Confederation stand for?"
Well, as its own name tells, it's an independent military units confederation -pioneer in eSpain- made up of Black Fear (BF), Comando Solución Independiente (CSI) y Fuerzas Armadas Forococheras (FAF).
We are the military unit which actually brings together more gross damage (aprox. 25😵 and -more importantly- more effective influence in eSpain.

Though many of you already know us, we will explain how we work, what our goals are, and we'll detail the changes we will introduce starting from this week; everything thought to optimize our system and make it more equitable.

The pillars that support the operation of SPC are:
1) We always try to keep updated and correct in-game orders
2) We organize joint fights at IRC

The first one is a basic one, and we believe it doesn't need further adjustments; but on the contrary, we want to maximize the second one, and therefore we are working hard on improving it.
Therefore, we are dividing our members into 3 divisions: SPC Elite, SPC Pro and SPC Junior.
First group -SPC Elite, the strongest- will be integrated by D4 members having a max-hit greater than 15000; they will be involved in daily joint fights. This group will also take in most active and working members, even if they do not meet the strength requirements.
Next group (SPC Pro) will host weakest D4 member and the remaining D3 and D2 members; they are expected to take part on joint fights every 2 or 3 days.
Last, but not least important, we have the SPC Junior team: young inexperienced ecitizens, who are willing to learn about the military module. We will try to arrange for them at least one weekly joint fight.

In each joint fight, we give full weapon distribution (1 Q7 weapon every 10 hits) to SPC Elite and SPC Pro members.
Junior members will optionally receive full dist depending on the relevance of the battle, but will also focus on helping them on learning about economic self-sufficiency and damage efficiency on battles.

Out system is basically oriented towards gathering large ammounts of D3 and D4 damage; but we try not to neglect the army future, so we will also reward high activity with additional prizes, including promoting young members to a higher SPC group.

All of these actions have been created with the main aim of being able to act in a fast and effective way, so we have also implemented and email and SMS based notification system. This way every member is alerted sufficiently in advance so they can plan their energy saving.
We expect these improvements in coordination, damage efficience and rookies support will led us to be the reference army in eSpain in the near future, so we can act at any time a friend country needs us. We also expect to reach the level best eWorld armies have.

Na zbiórkach będzie dostarczane kompletne wyposażenie broni q7 dla oddziałów SPC Elite i SPC Pro, natomiast dla Junior będzie to zależało od ważności bitwy. Taki system ma na celu uzbieranie większych ilości influ w D3 i D4, a zarazem podszkolenie przyszłych wojaków, z uwzględnieniem nagród za wysoką aktywność i możliwość awansu do następnego oddziału.

Naszym celem jest stworzenie grupy operacyjnej, która mogłaby działać w sposób szybki i skuteczny, z możliwością wbicia dużych ilości influ w każdej chwili. Z tego powodu, chcąc zwiększyć aktywność członków, stworzyliśmy system powiadamiania przez mail lub SMS dla każdego, który chciałby z takiej możliwości skorzystać.

Liczymy na to, że dzięki tym działaniom Hiszpania będzie przodować pod względem organizacji i zadanych obrażeń, będąc skorymi do uderzenia w każdej chwili. Bijemy na zawołanie, a naszym utrzymaniem są supple wydawane przez państwo zamawiające nasze influ. Chcemy stanąć na czele najlepszych bojówek eŚwiata.
