[Department of Homeland Security] Department decree n°1/5/12, establishing sanctions for inactive Congressmen towards CSAAPs
The Department of Homeland Security :
Condemning the flagrant inactivity of some Congressmen of eSwitzerland,
Reaffirming the duties of all elected Congressmen,
Deeply concerned to prevent our country from a political take-over,
Expressing its will to keep our national institutions active to better our country,
Has adopted the following decree :
Article 1:
Any Congressman who does not participate to the CSAAPs are sanctioned. The concerned Congressmen do not have the right to vote for the following CSAAPs. The sanction is held until the end of their legislation.
Article 2:
The concerned Congressmen are informed of the decision of the sanction by Private Message (PM)
Article 3:
This present decree has immediate effect when published, and is not retroactive.
Taken the 20th of the month of May 2012 by the Department of Homeland Security.

this is a good start.
But, let's go one step further.
let's advise the voters who is not active in their duties and thus only in it for the medals. they have a right to know who not to vote for.

that we should publish an article about which congressmen are inactive.
that the voters should know who is inactive.
that the voters should know who just wants the gold and medals.
