[Department of Home Affairs, Immigration Section] Department decree n°1/4/2013, re-establishing the Committee on Immigration


The Department of Home Affairs,

Wishing to see the Constitution applied,
Caring to maintain an order in the Citizenships distribution,
Hoping that every single application will be treated equally and democratically,

has adopted the following decree:


Article 1

1 Following Title II, Section C of the eSwiss Confederation Constitution, the Committee on Immigration is composed of 5 (five) members; 3 (three) members are nominated by Congress and represent the Congress, 2 (two) members are nominated by the President as represent the Government.

2 The members of the Committee are:

For Congress:
- Rican;
- Vasmegye;
- JHUNTER.

For the government:
- Archein von Drakenov;
- Plasmakp.


Article 2

The Committee is established as soon as the present decree is published by the Minister of Home Affairs.


Article 3

The Constitution makes provisions for the Committee's regulations.
