[CP] An Update for you Guys

Greetings Japanese citizens and the world. Today, as the tenth day in February of my Presidency draws to a close, and I'd like to offer an update on things that have so far come to pass.

Organization Accounts
We at the state have revived one of the Organization Account Newspapers, Imperial Army Reports, which is attached to the Japanese Imperial Army Organization account. Please subscribe if you have not already done so. It is my hope this newspaper will be used for the life of the JUDO Program and beyond; wherever future Presidents wish to take Martial Affairs news. Other Organization account Newspapers (if they hold them) were not revived due to the necessity of state funding security and monetary market transactions trumping their voice in the public affairs.

Ministry of Culture, History, and Education
The Minister of Education (MoCHE) has been gathering haikus in his personal media outlet The Skald. The contest ends with a winner this Friday, erepublik time. So soon that should be announced. Please subscribe to this newspaper for future competitions and articles pertaining to his Ministry.

Military Affairs
Training Wars have been going smoothly. Communications are routine and there are no signs that our partnerships are weakening. A solid bonus given we had a pretty strong event surprise for Valentines Day (or afterward said holiday). The unplanned Epic Battle at the beginning of the week took Bulgaria off guard, as they are pressured by their enemies to regain lost territory. Hopefully things like this will not drain our allies in the future and we can coordinate better between independent local fighters and the Japanese Government.

Foreign Affairs
Our Mutual Protection Pact with Indonesia will be expiring 10 Days and I will be pushing my Minister of Foreign Affairs to open dialogues regarding that eventually.

Financial
While I have not managed Organization Accounts is quite a spell I did manage to put up offers on the Monetary Market, with guidance from previous Presidents Masaharu and Fyreous. It is still too early to report earnings but all rent payments due to Japan have been paid which equate to the following:

Poland rent paid - 90,446.00 JPY
Estonia rent paid - 37,725.00 JPY
Bulgarian rent paid - 137,656.00 JPY

Further analysis will be done at the end of the term including total JUDO Program expenditures, etc.
