Dear citizens,

First of all let me to congratulate you and your new Country President with the victory during presidential elections!

This is unofficial Ministry due to the current PTO of eBelarus government. During 25th of October national congress were captured with polish PTO-group of Mixliarder (“Svobodnaya Belarus” party this PTO group) and romanian PTO group (“Belaruskaya Partyia Pratsy” party). Belarusian society united in Nezalezhnaya Belarus’ party but can’t beat the pto groups, since belarusian community is a young one and is still growing. Thanks for some foreigners who do their best for belarusians, such as team from "Communist Party of Belarus" party and some poles. They help us in government work and to organize joint projects.

Many times we tried to cooperate with them but failed each time – they simply don’t want to hear belarusians. PTO-group donated country treasure (since they had majority in congress) to their organization (where no Belarusian has access). 500 BYR (national currency) is already stolen from that Org and we can’t predict where PTOer is going to spend national money. Many times we tried to debate and find compromises but they don’t need this. We formed our team and are working as a government (out of the game mechanics).

Our main aim is to present eBelarus for Belarusian society, to involve many new players from RL Belarus. eBelarus should be such country where the government can talk with the citizens and use national language. Government should help new players and experienced player to play game with joy. It should investigate money in Support of players and to organize national troops (to gain war fun). Actually – this all that we did. We have no support from PTOers and from captured government. PTOers didn’t let us to win the presidential elections so we form unofficial one.

This government is a government for players of Belarus and we kindly ask you to support us. We can’t see that PTOers support new players and develop society – they don’t let new players to be in game. Please think, is it more interesting to play with a huge community or with 100 people?

If you want to help young belarusian society please contact to that orgs (links are on the buttons under the head of the newspaper) and persons listed in the article.
