Breakfast Of Champions - Reloaded

After long term of simple farming 2-click I decided to continue my campaign "Breakfast Of Champions". For those who are not familiar it aims to help young players. Under the above title I will try to interest and encourage newly registered players from Division 1 with food, weapons and advice if needed.
So I will donate to every young players with strength 40 or more to level 34 or less 10 Q7 tanks and 100 Q5 food. Players must have eUK citizenship and have to write comment with the request for the stuff. This term of the campaign will continue during the next week. Vote and subscribe are not mandatory, shout is advisable.
Why I do this?
TO HELP. After the current government (and some future CP candidates) support spend of 400 000GBP for our very likely wipe-out I at least can help young players.
I do not intend to make political profit from that initiative, and not intend to use it as a springboard for anything.
I reserve the right to refuse the giveaway and assistance for accounts I suppose that is multi.
I do not intend to spare many time for that (still in 2-click mode), but will help with what I can anyway.
