Buenas a todos,

El Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores no para de trabajar ni en Semana Santa. Afortunadamente, nuestro trabajo está dando sus frutos y ya podemos hablar de que hay un acuerdo firmado entre Irlanda - Macedonia y España, por lo que procederemos próximamente a su liberación. Estad atentos!




El acuerdo firmado es el siguiente:

Fecha: 3426 eRep

Este acuerdo proviene de 3 partes que discutieron, entre los gobiernos de Abril de eIrlanda, eMKD y eEspaña. La finalidad del acuerdo es acabar con las hostilidades que afectan a las 3 partes.

Tras las discusiones, las 3 naciones hemos acordado lo siguiente:

1) España liberará las regiones conquistadas de: Dublin, Louth y Wexford
2) Macedona entrará en una TW a largo plazo con Irlanda (detalles discutidos abajo)
3) Irlanda firmará un NAP con España y Macedonia (detalles del NAP abajo)
4) Irlanda hablará con los aliados de Macedonia/España: Bulgaria, Indonesia, India y Reino Unido sobre la posibilidad de un NAP (detalles abajo). Esto puede ser mediado por España o Macedonia y dependerá de las naciones que estén incluidas.

Condiciones:

1) Cualquier acción hostil hecha directamente contra alguna de las partes incluidas cancelará el ya mencionado acuerdo. Macedonia/España tratarán de asegurar que si ningún NAP es firmado por sus amigos/aliados, no habrá ninguna acción hostil.
2) TWs potenciales se tendrán en consideración con algún país que firme NAP, por ejemplo: TW Reino Unido / Irlanda

Training War Irl/MK😨

1) Esta TW empezará una vez España haya liberado las regiones.
2) La TW será coordinado entre los gobiernos de Irlanda y MKD.
3) Las regiones con recursos irlandesas serán excluidas del campo de batalla. Las regiones son: Cork y Mayo.
4) Durante la TW, los impuestos recaudados se devolverán a Irlanda para ayudar a que recuperen su economía.
5) La TW será de larga duración, sin embargo, si una interferencia de alguna tercera parte sucede (por ejemplo: una nación hostil lanza un AS a Irlanda), las discusiones se centrarán en intentar y prevenir el final de la TW.

NAP con España:

1) Irlanda y España entrarán en un acuerdo estándar de NAP
2) Irlanda y España tras este NAP no entrarán en un conflicto directo.
3) Este NAP también permite batallas con MPPs que podrán pasar con nuestros aliados.

NAP con MK😨

1) Irlanda y MKD entrarán en un acuerdo estándar de NAP
2) Este acuerdo estará basado en conflictos directos, pero permitirá que continúe la TW.
3) Este NAP también permite batallas con MPPs que podrán pasar con nuestros aliados.

End of Hostilities Agreement

This agreement has stemmed from 3 way discussions with the April Governments of eIre, eMKD and eSpain. The idea of the agreement is to find an end to the hostilities that is acceptable to all 3 parties involved.

As per the discussions, all three nations have agreed on the following:

1) Spain will withdraw from the conquered Irish regions of: Dublin, Louth and Wexford.
2) MKD will enter into a long term TW with Ireland (details discussed below).
3) Ireland will sign a NAP with Spain and MKD (NAP details below).
4) Ireland will speak to MKD/Spain allies: Bulgaria, Indonesia, India and UK about a possibility of a NAP (Details below). This might be mediated by either Spain or MKD and is dependant on the nations involved.


Conditions:

1) Any hostile action taken directly against either parties involved will cancel the aforementioned deal.MKD/Spain will try and ensure that if no NAP is signed by their friends/allies, no hostile action is taken.
2) Potential TW’s will be taken into consideration of any signed NAPs eg. UK/Ireland TW.

Ire/MKD Training War:

1) This training war will start once Spain releases regions.
2) Training war will be coordinated between the governments of Ireland and MKD.
3) Irish resources regions will be excluded from the battle grounds. Regions are: Cork and Mayo
4) During the TW, taxes will be returned back to Ireland to help rebuild its economy.
5) Training War will be a long term one, however if 3rd party interference happens (ie. Ireland is ASed by a hostile nation), discussions will take place to try and prevent a wipe/end of the TW.

NAP with Spain:

1) Ireland and Spain will enter into a standard NAP agreement.
2) Ireland and Spain as per this NAP will not go into direct conflict.
This NAP also allows for MPP battles that might be happening with our allies.

NAP with MK😨

1) Ireland and MKD will enter into a standard NAP agreement.
2) This agreement will be based on direct hostilities, but will allow for the training war to continue.
3) This NAP also allows for MPP battles that might be happening with our allies.
