[Artela] Presidential Update

Day 1,653, 12:34 Published in USA United Kingdom by Artela

News round up time from the Whitehouse Oval Office.
This will quite possibly be my last article as POTUS, so a bit of a round up, and some things I wanted to make sure got said before I leave the chair and hand over the keys.

Education is the Key to Success....

Today I’m going to use this section to highlight some of the official government media that will help keep you up to date even after I have left office if you subscribe to the departmental newspapers.

Department of Education newspaper Education Today
Department of Interior newspaper eUS Interior Department
Whitehouse Media newspaper White House Press Room
Department of Defense Citizen’s Orders newspaper DoD Orders

It is also helpful to the newer players if you can vote for any new articles in the above newspapers when they are released to try and get those articles up into the top 5 where they are more easily seen.

The latest American and Allied Action in France

Another week has passed, and we’ve been making great progress in France against Hungary. I hope everyone is enjoying the Natural Enemy bonus and the points towards their True Patriot medals? (Well, when the Huns actually put up a fight that is; it seems half the time they can’t be bothered so we’re having to fight elsewhere to avoid overkill!)

The situation when we last looked was...

And now, after what has been a successful Operation Gourmet Goulash so far, the map looks like this...

I call that successful. And we’re still pushing forwards! Here’s looking forward to a free France.

A personal thank you

Just in case I don’t get an opportunity to publish another article while I am POTUS, I want to take this time to thank the entirety of the team who have worked for me over the last two terms. They have been, from where I sit, awesome. There should be no doubt how hard these people have all worked for you America. A lot of what goes on to keep the daily wheels turning is hidden from view and from the outside appears to “just happen”, but without the dedication and work of the entire team to make things happen there would be no
- Press Releases
- Arm America
- Daily Orders
- Noob Support Programs
- Military Planning
- International Relations
- Government Infrastructure
- and much much more

Special thanks, though, must go to my Chief of Staff Inwegen, to the two Vice Presidents I have had, Rainy Sunday and Israel Stevens, and to the Chair of the National Security Council, Vanek26... all of whom have contributed above and beyond during their tenures.

There are initiatives that have been started under this administration that have not yet fully seen the light of day, and it is my hope that whoever forms the next administration, whoever that may be, will carry these on to completion. Already there are reforms happening in the way the USAF is run and administered, and there has also been an ongoing technical project in the background which you have only so far seen a small part of (the election day site to assist with Anti-Takeover Operations (ATO)) and which promises to deliver a more unified and centralized way for everyone in America to access government programs easily. I wish whoever follows all the best!

And so we move forwards to the next POTUS elections...
...it has been an honor to serve you, America.

Remember, between us all
We Kept America Safe
We Kept America Secure
We Kept America Strong

All the best
