Education is the Key to Success....

Some of you will have noticed that the Department of Education seems to have stepped up a gear and started issuing new articles. This is due to the appointment by the Department of the Interior of a new Director for Education, Dennis McVicker. it will take a little while for out of date information that is around to get amended and revitalized, but in the meantime there have been some new articles release😛

- Department of Education update, article contest, and new player survey

Subscribe to the Department of Education newspaper Education Today to stay up to date, and help to vote the articles up into the top 5 when they are released to help the newer players.

An update on the Asturias Accord

I know this is an issue that has the nation split, and I really can see both sides of the argument. However, after a full Congress discussion, Congress have voted to extend the treaty by another month.

Alliance Action in Europe - an Overview

It’s eight days since I last gave you an update on this, so here is the Western European map as it stood when we last looked at this

As you can see, at the time our allies in France were under a dual attack by Hungary and Slovenia. We gained a border with Slovenia and proposed an NE (Natural Enemy), but the Slovenians RW’d (Resistance Warred) Rhone Alps back into French hands which stopped the NE as the border was lost.

Now that a week has passed, this is the current state of affairs in Western Europe

It doesn’t take a genius to look at that map and see that although Slovenia pulled back Hungary have continued to occupy more of France, and that a border with us is now inevitable. So get ready, it’s Goulash Time!

It has, overall, been a fairly quiet week except for the monthly “excitement” of the Party President elections; and I am pleased to report that the democratic process reigned supreme as the top 5 parties all returned the candidates that had either won their primaries or were in their primaries lists. In other words the choice of the party members was respected in the face of PTO (Political Take Over) efforts. The Anti-Take Over(ATO) efforts also saw the first use of a new government site that allowed people to know who they should vote for easily, so many thanks to the Department of Technology for ensuring that was up and running in time.

Next up are the Congress elections. Please, if you are in a top 5 party, help your parties to help America by volunteering to stand as a “seat blocker” even if you do not want to commit to standing for congress itself. This is a valuable service that ensures known people prevent PTO threats from creeping into empty seats - do not understimate how valuable this service is to our county.

Remember
Keep America Safe
Keep America Secure
Keep America Strong

All the best
