As a recently revived citizen of eRepublik (absent for over 7 years - and a congress member on two occasions during that previous time) I am now feeling my way around again (with much appreciated help from friends - some of whom remember me from my previous times here).

My first impressions were partly "plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose", but, actually, there is so much more, and every stone I turn over reveals something new.

I feel I can bring a fresh pair of eyes to my activities here because I am, in many ways, an old "newbie".

With this in mind, I have decided to stand in the upcoming congress elections and intend to provide - if elected - a balanced, objective, and constructive contribution as a member of Congress and loyal member of TUP.
