Die nächsten Wahlen für die Präsidentschaft in eDeutschland stehen vor der Tür.
Und es fragt sich: Wen soll man wählen?

Unser aktueller Präsident Starkad Rorlikson von der Buergerlichen Union (BU) stellt sich zur Wiederwahl. Seine Konkurrenten Crimson90 von den
Reformed Federal Democrats (RFD), Gobba von [url=http://www.erepublik.com/en/party/open
-mind-germany-2256/1]Open Mind Germany[/url] (OMG) und shoot von der
Austro-German Democratic Union (AGDU) wollen sich allerdings als ebenso talentiert beweisen und bewerben sich ebenfalls um den Posten des Präsidenten.

Rorlikson hat einen entscheidenden Vorteil: Er wird von zwei weiteren Parteien - zum einen den Freien Deutschen Demokraten (FDD) und der Militärischen Expansionspartei (MEP) - untersützt.
Inwieweit die MEP ernst zu nehmen ist, wird sich noch zeigen. Die FDD allerdings ist einer der größten Parteien in eDeutschland. Ob dies für den Wählerfang ausreicht, wird sich in der kommenden Wahl noch zeigen.

Nun zu Crimson90. Crimson90 gehört der RFD an. Diese Partei zeigt sich nach außen als die neueste und erfolgreichste Partei seit den letzten Kongress-Wahlen.
Tatsächlich geht die RFD mit 31% der Stimmen als die wohl erfolgreichste Partei der letzten Kongress-Wahlen hervor. Aber zu behaupten, sie sei die neueste Partei wäre schlichtweg gelogen (erstes Kommentar von Mark Wahlberg zu diesem Artikel). Ich kann nur von Glück sagen, dass dies kein offzielles Statement der Partei war. Der verlinkte Artikel beschreibt ebenso die Ziele, die sich Crimson90 gesteckt hat. Er steht für politische Transparenz den eBürgern gegenüber. Aber man muss bedenken, dass er auch die wenigste Erfahrung in eRepublik hat.

Ein weiterer Kandidat für die Wahlen ist Gobba von OMG. Gobba ist uns allen Bekannt als jener Tüftler, der uns mit der Worldmap auf seiner Seite eGobba versorgt. Neuerdings beitet er uns allen auch hilfreiche Tools für eRepublik auf seiner Seite an. Damit beweist Gobba, dass er sich um die Gesamtsituation von eRepublik kümmert. Auf dem internationalen Parkett ist er also bekannt. Hier, in eDeutschland eher weniger. Er stellt zwar oft kritische Fragen und engagiert sich auch sonst im politischen Geschehen, tritt selbst aber selten in den Vordergrund. Für Gobba wird dies hier nicht die erste Kandidatur. Das letzte Mal verlor er gegen Rorlikson.

Genauso auch shoot von der AGDU. Auch er ließ sich als Kandidat in den letzten Wahlen aufstellen. Auch er vertritt eine sehr kritische Stellung zu politischen Fragen und mischt auch gerne mit. shoot hat die meiste Erfahrung in eRepublik. Dennoch muss man sich fragen: Hat er das Zeug Starkad Rorlikson abzulösen?

Unsere Kandidaten sind allesamt nicht ungeeignet für den Posten des Präsidenten. Aber wer ist am Geeignetesten?

Die Wähler haben eine Entscheidung zu treffen, die nicht besonders einfach sein wird. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass es die richtige Entscheidung sein wird.

The next presidential elections in eGermany are just around the corner.
And the question is: Who to vote?

Our current president Starkad Rorlikson of the Buergerliche Union (BU) stands for re-election. His competitors Crimson90 of the Reformed Federal Democrats (RFD), Gobba of Open Mind Germany (OMG) and shoot of the Austro-German Democratic Union (AGDU) want to show themselves as well talented and also stand for the position of the president.

Rorlikson has a crucial advantage: He is supported by two other parties - on the one hand the Freien Deutschen Demokraten and on the other the Militaerischen Expansionspartei (MEP).
How far to take the MEP seriously remains to be seen. However the FDD is one of the biggest parties in eGermany. If this will last for the elections, which are coming up, will be seen.

Now let's shift attention to Crimson90. He belongs to the RFD. This party projects itself as the newest and most successful party since the last congressional elections. Actually the RFD is the most successful party with 31% of the votes. But to claim that this party is the newest is nothing else than a lie (first comment of Mark Wahlberg to this article). I consider myself lucky that this was not an official statement of the party. The linked article also describes the goals of Crimson90. He stands for political transperency towards the eCitizens. But you have to consider that he is lesser experienced than the other candidates.

Another candidate for the elections is Gobba of OMG. We all know Gobba as the nerd who provides us the Worldmap on his page eGobba. Recently he provides us helpfull tools for eRepublik - also on his page. With this Gobba shows that he cares about the situation in eRepublik. So he is known on the international pit. Here, in eGermany, he is not that well-known. He asks critical questions and does a lot in political proceedings, but rarely comes to the fore. It is not his first candidature. The last time he lost against Rorlikson.

Just the same as shoot of the AGDU. He also ran for president last time. He also represents a critical position in political questions and interferes with pleasure. shoot is most experienced in eRepublik than the other candidates. But you have to ask yourself: Does he have the markings to take over the position of the president from Starkad Rorlikson?

Our candidates are all not inappropiate for the position of the president. But who is the most qualified?

The voters have to make a hard decision. We can only hope that they make the right decision.
