So without further ado, please welcome our 4 presidential candidates, in no particular order!

Iqaluit, Nunavut, is surprisingly nice and warm in the summer.

I found myself back up at the top of the world for my meeting with TBRaiders. Luckily for your poor editor, Iqaluit is significantly warmer now in June, and borderline pleasant. TBRaiders was quick, cheerful, and gracious in delivering his comments.

"I could barely buy votes last election and am going to put less effort into this election. Don't vote for me, Go Knights, and Go Warriors!"

I don't watch much basketball, but the Vegas Golden Knights are definitely a team to cheer for. Best wishes, TBRaiders.

Ginoraf3000, Les Canadiens Francophones, Pljevlja, North Montenegrin Mountains

With all due respect to Ginoraf3000, it was this interview that made me strongly consider switching to e-mail interviews instead of face-to-face meetings. Your very tired and jet-lagged editor took a 24 hour flight, from Edmonton, to Toronto, then on to Vienna, and finally into the small, charming Montenegrin town of Pljevlja.

My travel horrors aside, here is the results of my interview with Ginoraf, collected over an excellent meal at a charming cafe.

Your editor originally intended to translate this article into French in the spirit of les Canadiens Francophones, but lost motivation on the return trip from Pljevlja, to Warsaw, to London - to meet with Exalted Druid, our next candidate.

This quaint and charming town is a popular tourist destination in the East of England.

Exalted Druid, Canadian Progressive Front, Norwich, East of England

I met with Exalted Druid in the quaint, charming English town of Norwich, located in the East of England. As we strolled around the Old Town, Druid launched straight into his campaign platform, included below for your reading.

Thank you for the opportunity to discuss my candidacy. I feel I am the most qualified candidate to say "No" to Training War requests. Some of you may not be aware that Canada gets a Training War request about every week and almost always that request is to have the war on our territory. I have lots of experience of saying "No" very politely. The only person I know who is better at saying “No” then me, is my wife.

Romania and Serbia’s rental territories are just now past the 30 day mark since the last Determination Reset. Resets usually happen between 45 and 60 days. We will likely start at least one of the Reset’s near the end of this upcoming term.

Romania’s last Reset was particularly interesting use of game mechanics. It was basically over before it started. The timing was so perfect that the Peace Proposal was up within about 2 days of the NE law passing. I tried looking up the exact timing for you but the Dutch eRepublic site appears to have suffered catastrophic failure but it was our fastest Reset ever. I look forward to a repeat performance.

Our Training War with Netherlands will continue. As I have proven in the past I like to be very consistent with my timing as to when I push the Attack button. I consistency push the attack button at about 10:00 eRep time. This allows our citizens to get into a routine of fighting for True Patriot cash consistent times and insures the campaign is finishing up just as the majority of us go to bed.

These are the things we can expect over the next term. Hopefully we will have some unexpected opportunities as well. Opportunities can happen quickly in this game and are always unpredictable in nature and it is important to have someone with the experience to recognize them so we can take advantage of them. If elected I will provide effective, experienced and dedicated leadership.

My meeting with Druid over, I hopped on a flight back to Canada - to Ottawa, where I was scheduled to meet with our final candidate.

Ottawa, our national capital, is stunning in the summer.

I-Bleed-Blue-93, Military Dictatorship Party, Ottawa, Ontario

I quickly met with I-Bleed-Blue-93 during a layover in Ottawa. Half an hour, to be exact. Next to my gate for the flight to Edmonton. Luckily, I-Bleed-Blue kept it quick. He kindly referred me to his campaign from the previous month, which I have reposted here for your convenience.

Simply said, he doesn't feel that any of the candidates from any party, including his own, are worthy of this role. He has nominated himself again, as he does monthly, and awaits a worthy challenger or a teammate. New members are always welcome to the Military Dictatorship Party!
