New player presidents

I am writing this article to talk about the current state of this nation but not about the PTO but about the unity elections I don't dislike it and it seems necessary currently but they keep running people who have already been a president and have the medal to match it. This way of performing the unity election is somewhat the reason why new players are not political because they do not think that they can get anywhere in politics because the same people are constantly ran for president and congress and I am not in a top 5 party but my eLife is still determined by them and they barely let new people be president all I'm suggesting is that we should run people who don't already have a Presidential Medal for president the same for congress because progress is always made by people with new ideas in their mind not like people who try to stay with the old ways of eLife

LordOther, I agree that "fresh blood" in politic is necessary, but it would be dangerous if we would have a congress entirely composed of newbies & an inexperienced first time president to run the eUS.
I don't want full newbieship I just want one to three neebies in congress everytime or something and the presidency he should have some experience like ambassador VP or MoD but we keep on getting different players that are exactly the same and we make no progress in one way or another we stay stagnant mostly
That of course seem very reasonable, an idea worth supporting!
