Yet my Democrat governor who has no medical experience tells me to avoid the gym, avoid going outside, and wear a mask (breathing restriction, big nono if you plan to get your heartrate up) when I do.

I happen to be a first responder, so I can say the following with some amount of authority:
-attempt to do some sort of cardio workout every day, it WILL add years to your life
-if you plan to go hiking, jogging, biking, or any other cardio activity, DO NOT WEAR A MASK
-if you get dizzy, lightheaded, or think you may pass out, TAKE YOUR MASK OFF, A PRESSING AND IMMEDIATE MEDICAL SITUATION OVERRIDES THE RISK OF COVID
-Breathing status is the FIRST thing we check on EVERY patient, followed immediately by heartrate

The following are simply anecdotal observations
-I have family who have died of heart disease in their 60s
-a coworker had a heart attack scare last month in his 40s
-I know zero people under the age of 70 who have faced life-threatening Covid symptoms
-the vast majority of deaths in my area have been in nursing homes, while the rest of the population is largely asymptomatic

The following is just my opinion
-It's time to open the economy back up
-regular exercise is more important to your health than avoiding any sort of flulike disease

However, if you get less virus load, then your immune system will take care of that small amount of virus and you will not get sick. The best way of doing it is social distancing and face masks. Just to clarify, face mask will not stop all the COVID-19 viruses that you will get, however it will reduce the virus load.

Whether or not you believe September 11th was orchestrated by the CIA you should honor the heroic actions taken by the members of United flight 93.
