Is History repeating itself ?

Approximately 9 years ago I published an article which reflected the state of affairs in eUK at that time, and calling for some common sense and restraint. (link to original article below)

I left eUK for 9 years because things didn't seem to be improving at that time despite my appeal.

Since my return things seem to have greatly improved and we've enjoyed a period of stability and well being under Huey's leadership (as nicely described by Certacito recently).

I do hope that history is not now repeating itself with all these current wranglings in the Congress thread.

Indeed. I do hope the PP of TUP stops making up wild accusations about other Congress members and grows up a bit. I've had a word privately with AMD about how he should react to stuff like this in the future.

I agree it was absolutely uncalled for, I think TUP needs to tell their PP to not use the congress thread to insult congress members and cause arguments.

I hope people don't leave - I know we've lost a couple already back to S Korea. I don't know what's been said but i hope it's not nearly as bad as some of the things that were floating around in mid 2014.
