Important Army updates

Dear fellow theocrats, I'm making some substantial changes in our army structure. So this is a very important article and you all should read carefully.

The first and most important is the end of the divisions, at least the way we were used to them. Many months ago we sent orders only through personal messages, and the division commanders were responsible to send the orders to their soldiers. But our numbers increased and soon this system became very inefficient because of different time zones and the great time consumed by this task. Recently our most efficient army mobilizations involved an article calling our soldiers to the IRC channel and instructions for weapons distributions in the chat topic, with the disadvantage of the information made public. Division commanders had no role in distributing orders. The second role of the division commanders was monitoring soldiers, to check if they were following the rules, that is, if they were working in theocratic companies every day. But now with the API I can check it much faster and quickly remove from our database soldiers working in companies abroad. The third chore of division commanders used to be distributing supplies to their divisions, but in practice people join the chat and ask supplies to whoever has access to the companies or depots. Hence I'm unifying all soldiers in a single unity: the Theocratic Holy Army, with no divisions. Those who have passwords of the army division organizations, log in the organization and send the password to the organization Theocratic Knights of Malta. We might place our weapons companies in those organizations in the future, so I'll pass their control to our management team.

From now on, whenever we have a military action, an article will be published calling our soldiers to a new channel in the server Rizon, the same as the #theocratic_diplomacy we are used to. This new channel is for our soldiers only to handle our battle operations. Giving the chat key to someone outside our army will result in banishment. Those who have access to companies will receive half-operator status and those with access to the depots will receive voice status, so that it will be clear from start who the soldiers can ask for supplies when they join the chat. Instructions for weapons distribution will be given based on the damage the soldier makes with Q1 weapons, which was the criteria to group soldiers in divisions. This way we will stop moving soldiers up and down as some of you rank up. We will have a list of soldiers available for those distributing weapons to check, directly from our database. Whenever I remove someone from the database, the key of the chat will change. And I will remove anyone working abroad without prompting.

What we didn't have before and we want to have now is a couple of players dedicated to recruit new soldiers, regardless of their strength.
