Goverment

Day 4,915, 11:58 Published in Belgium Belgium by hallo10

My dear citizens of eRepublik.

I am writing an article to help out the MoE with his job. It has been about 3-4 months since I was the MoE of Belgium, and since then my knowledge of the game has improved a lot. So let me get to the point.

I am going to write about what is the government and what they do in this game.

I am pretty sure most players know the answer to this, but in my experience, there is a slight bit of a twist or should I say a slight bit more technical.

I am going to start off with properly the most important member of the government the CP

Country President.
The country president (CP) is a big part of the government. They have all the power of a congress member and more. The CP can assign any player in the country he/she is in to become a member of the government.
This will be done under the administration page.
They can also attack regions.

Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister (PM) has jobs that change in each government.
I will list 3 of them.

-Run the congress

-Manage the Cabinet

-And act as a spokesman for the CP (Writing articles ETC)

Minister of Education.
The Minister of education MoE has two jobs. They run programs that promote activity. They also pretty much run education in a group with a mentorship program or even teach players by themselves.

Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs MoFA has one job run communication with outside countries or contact other countries.

Minister of Defence.
The Minister of Defence. MoD is in control of planning military plans running programs to hand out weapons for fighting and keeping the citizens in the loop of the wars that are going on.

Governor.
The governor or the Minister of Finance MoF is in control of running the treasury for the country. They can also run grants support programs etc:

ORGS.
The best way to explain this is an account run by the government they can not fight work and train. They can write articles, send messages in a Mass PM or a PM and act as a bank account. You can not donate money directly into the ORGS but you can make a donate law as a congress member.

I might have missed a few things you can read more on it on the eRepublik wiki,

Kind regards hallo10
