Training Wars
Last month, we were able to increase our number of training wars from eight to fourteen. Despite some being nervous about the management and some initial hiccups, our TWs are generally going according to plan and are a source of gold and True Patriot CC for our citizens. I am looking to increase the number of TWs that we have by a couple more, so stay tuned!
Airstrike laws
Both the United Kingdom and Portugal voted down their AS laws on eUSA yesterday. It seems to be a new trend in eRepublik that countries propose laws repeatedly and not vote until the last few hours. This gives them the element of surprise and normalizes an otherwise dangerous threat! The eUnited States stands ready with our allies in CODE and ANDES to thwart any attack on our territorial integrity. Some keen observers will also notice that we have used our airstrike law and DoW law in similar ways. Congress will be kept updated on the needs of our alliance and our operational requirements.
Fly-by-Prio
Minister of Defense, zrtx, is working with Congress to restart the Fly-by-Prio program. I am banned from the eUS forums and cannot participate in the Congressional discussions, but I’d like to say that in the current state of the game, when Asteria is making a come-back after months of dominance by CODE nations and doing especially well in air, we need a program to assist American Air Fighters rank up quickly and efficiently as we continue assisting our allies across the battlefields.

Any air program is more than welcom. We need something o helpnour lower ranked players to grow fast and be competitive on battle field.

Fly-By-Prio is a great Program for our Pilots and I will support it in congress all the way.
Also thank you for keeping the citizens informed, it is very important.
Informed citizens make good soldiers, everybody on the same page.

I still do not like you as we have our differences, but when you do good I will point it out for sure.
Of course that is a 2way street, lol.
Also give it a rest about the forum ban, it is not a big deal and it will just drive you crazy and the eUS does not need a triggered CP.
A CG meltdown, though entertaining is something you really should avoid for the good of the Country. We will have plenty of opportunity for that fun when you are no longer CP
Just stay focused on the important stuff.
Plus I am sure your loyal WTP Congress People are keeping you well informed.
Portugal do not have congress atm, just the CP..
The forum ban is basically meaningless anyway, you communicate with everyone way better using methods like this. The forums are and have been a joke for a very long time.

Channel those taxes into air pilot program. Back then we had no territories, no income and embargoed. We relied on private donators for CO and program.
Now i believe we have good financial health.
I would suggest a program like Carlos' Initiative. Reward for every rank up. This should boost our ranks.

Wasn't it you and your party who walked out saying you wanted nothing to do with those forums?
A similar program should be put in place for low level Legends .The more LXX we have the better our protection so why not help them by buying packs for them. Wasn't that one of the reasons they introducted "Game Tokens" . I'm sure somebody clever could work out the specifics of such a program to avaoid any misuse Just hording cash ( for what reason ?)and not putting it to good use is outright dumb, Have a look at how other nations managed their tax income. Maybe we can learn a thing or 2!
Noticed one more thing, even though we have a large number of TW going on at the moment, amount f gold we bring home is questionable. Lots of other countries are hitting in our battles, specially in D1 and D2, even D3 and a few battles I have checked, there were few of none US citizens fighting. Real amount of gold that we bring home is maybe half of what we think we are getting.
With all the TW every article should include the status of the TWs - i.e. who wins what
